Face to the problem of scaling of aircraft heat exchanger,although various measures and methods are adopted,it still fails to reverse the passive situation of frequent failure,and the maintenance and maintenance costs are very high.After research and analysis,the study of the lack of condition monitoring means is one of the major problems.Based on the above status,Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering Corporation(AMECO BEIJING)organized a major project of civil aviation entitled "Research on Typical Fault Mechanism and Key Technology of Air Conditioner Based on Air Pollution".This research group is responsible for the design and development of aircraft heat exchanger condition monitoring system.The purpose of the system is to monitor the operating status of the aircraft heat exchanger and to collect the temperature and pressure signals of the key points in the aircraft air conditioning system and transmit the signals to the server through the wireless network.The system analyzes the data and gives feedback,To complete the state of the aircraft heat exchanger to determine and predict.Specific research content:Firstly,the operating mechanism of the aircraft heat exchanger is analyzed,the scaling problem is introduced into the operation of the heat exchanger to study the impact of scaling on the heat exchanger.Secondly,Study and analyze the method of state monitoring of heat exchanger.The state of the heat exchanger is evaluated by threshold method,and the state of the heat exchanger was predicted by the least square method.In taking the point range,a single point warning,multi-point diagnosis and integrated analysis are adopted to monitor the state monitoring.Thirdly,design and develop the monitoring system of aircraft heat exchanger state,including hardware,software and network transmission.Finally,we design and write human-computer interaction interface to monitor the operation status of aircraft heat exchangers.After the establishment of the system,the operating state of the heat exchanger can be judged and predicted by monitoring the operating state of the heat exchanger,and the maintenance of the heat exchanger is conducted by the technical personnel,and the working efficiency is improved.After the establishment of the system,a large number of data on the operation state of the heat exchanger can be collected,and the data is classified and stored for further study.After the establishment of the system,the cleaning method can be converted from regular cleaning to flexible cleaning,which can improve the utilization ratio of heat exchangers.It Saves the cleaning cost and reduces the workload of staff;It also avoids the sudden increase and drastic reduction of workload caused by centralized cleaning.
