Four-wheel alignment is an important parameter to ensure the safe driving of a car,and it has also become one of the key points in the design of a car.In order to solve the problem of vehicle front wheel hub and tire wear effectively,a front suspension simulation model of the vehicle was established by using ADAMS software. The simulation analysis of the positioning parameters was studied with the wheel is excited. The relevant parameters of the vehicle front suspension were optimized, according to the result.According to the sensitivity analysis of the front suspension model,it is found that the outer mounting point of the triangular control arm and the outer mounting point of the tie rod had a great influence on the variation of the camber and toe angle,so the optimization analysis was needed. After optimization analysis, the toe angle variation ranged from(-1.0 ° ~ 0.8 °)to(0 ° ~ 0.5 °)and the toe angle changed within 0.5 ° before and after the wheel beats 50 mm.The range of camber changes from(-0.35°~0.95°)to(-0.25°~0.6°)and the toe angle changes from 0.85 ° to less than 1 °,which solves the problem of excessive tire wear. This study solved the problems such as the tire wear of the front wheel and supplied practical reference for the solution of similar problems in the future.
