| In recent years,the development of automobile industry in China is very impressive,and automotive testing technology is constantly evolving and improving with the rise of the automobile industry.In this paper,virtual instrument LabVIEW and PXI hardware were used to launch a series of studies for performance test systems of the automotive parts---new energy vehicle drive system and electronically controlled air suspension,the specific contents are as follows:Described in detail of the virtual instrument LabVIEW and PXI hardware,and highlighted the application methods of both in the field of automotive testing,such as road testing,bench testing and simulation testing.A test bed was built to test the performance of new energy vehicle drive system based on PXI hardware.And a measurement and control software system is also developed using virtual instrument LabVIEW,which can acquire,display and storage the dynamic data real-time,output control signal on line,and process and analyze data off line.In order to verify the practicality of the designed test platform which consisting of software and hardware two parts,the performance of a 3.5kW drive system was tested.The structure and working principle of electronically controlled air suspension was introduced and studied,and a fuzzy controller was designed in MATLAB / Simulink.A HIL simulation test system including software and hardware in two parts of electronically controlled air suspension was established with LabVIEW,NI Veristand and PXI hardware.Electro-hydraulic servo dynamic performance suspension test rig was used to incentive loading test on 1/4 air suspension with standard sinusoidal signal,and the test results prove the effectiveness and practicality of the air suspension HIL test systems designed in this paper. |
