The missile silo is the very important information transmission medium in the missile launch system.It is the basic component of the missile launch system.Its guide performance and insulation performance are important factors in the launch of the missile.According to the requirements of a general assembly plant,this paper carried out the design and research of the automatic testing system of the transmitting tube cable network based on the problems of low degree of automation and low test efficiency in the test of the transmission cable network.The paper firstly analyzes the present situation of the automatic test system and the test methods in production.The current test method has been unable to complete the incremental production tasks.Current cable tester cannot meet the special needs of military products,and its test resources are too redundant for the simple cable test.Therefore,we need to independently develop the cable network automatic testing system based on CPCI bus.The system is used to carry out the test of special cable,and it can reduce the production cost.This paper introduces the testing principle of various electrical properties of cable network,and makes a thorough study of the system's self-inspection,passive conducting test and insulation resistance test.According to the testing requirements and technical requirements of cable network,the design of hardware system is completed,including hardware selection,relay circuit board and relay drive circuit design.Complete circuit board,peripheral circuit,transfer cable,self-check cable production.According to the client operation requirement,the software part of the test system is studied.The system's upper computer software is built with LabVIEW 2012 software platform,and the simple user interface is designed.In addition to the basic test tasks,the upper computer can also test data processing,interpretation,display,and automatic storage of test information and test results.At the same time,LabVIEW software is used to write the test card and digital I/O card driver to complete the control of the hardware circuit and the collection of test data.Finally,the test cable is tested by using the cable network automatic test system.The reliability analysis of the test results shows that the consistency of test data is better,and can meet the technical indexes.This test system has realized the cable net of test automation.Compared with the original test method,the test efficiency is significantly improved,and the requirements of the enterprise are completed.The system has been applied to the actual production test.
