Our study uses Ombrophobous Cultivation Red Globe grape to study the effects of biological stimulants which were SUNRED and ABA on Grape fruits coloring and fruit quality of 'Red Globe' grape under the condition of field experiment. Approaching and Quality Analysing of ABA and seaweed fertilizer on the 'Red Globe' fruit anthocyanin biosynthetic genes were analyzed. The results of the study were as follows:(1) Application of 800 times seaweed fertilizer,200 times ABA and two mixed of them all can improve the cultivation 'Red Globe' grape skins anthocyanin content and color index, effects of appearance quality improved better.(2) Application of 800 times seaweed fertilizer,200 times ABA and two mixed of them could also improve Ombrophobous Cultivation 'Red Globe' grape fruit Soluble solids content. Application of ABA, seaweed fertilizer and ABA mixture treatment could increase fruit solid acid ratio. The effect of application of 800 times seaweed fertilizer to improve the cultivation of seaweed 'Red Globe' grape fruit coloring and sugar accumulation is the best.(3) Application of seaweed fertilizer and ABA all can make 'Red Globe' grape fruit anthocyanin synthesis related genes CHS, CHI, DFR, UFGT, VvmybAl and VvmybA2 gene express. Of those, the relative expression levels of UFGT, VvmybAl and VvmybA2 are highly consistent. Single application of seaweed extract, seaweed fertilizer and ABA mix can make pal genes up-regulated, and single application of ABA to enhance pal genes up-regulated expression effect is not significant.(4) There was a significant positive correlation between soluble solid content and total anthocyanin content in 'Red Globe' grape. Seaweed fertilizer and ABA treatment fruit soluble solid content and the correlation coefficient of peel anthocyanin content is higher. There was a significant negative correlation between the content of total anthocyanins and the content of total anthocyanins in grape fruits(5) The accumulation of total anthocyanins and anthocyanin synthesis related genes in CHS,CHI,DFR,UFGT,VvmybA1,VvmybA2,there is a significant or extremely significant positive correlation, positive correlation with CHS,CHI,DFR,UFGT,VvmybA1,VvmybA2 which are among related genes of anthocyanin synthesis. There was a significant positive correlation between UFGT and two transcription factors(VvmybA1 and VvmybA2) gene expression, and the correlation coefficients respectively were 0.804 and 0.837.
