Therefore, the study of forage harvesting machine is particularly important.This article researchs on the spring-finger cylinder pickup collector of9YG-1.8type round binder, to study of several important parameters on the influence of the gear speed and acceleration, in turn, analyze its influence on collecting effect. The first research techniques use for collecting device of the disc CAM parametric design, so it is easy to modify parameters after. With the computer simulation method to study the effect of single parameters on the effect of collecting, Eventually come to the conclusion.This research use SolidWorks to make3D modeling, using VB6.0program to achieve parameterized design of disc CAM. Using SolidWorks’s plug-in COSMOSMotion make kinematics simulation.Including the disc CAM base circle radius, roller speed and length of crank, a total of three parameters is studied in this paper for the influence of the changes in the rate of the spring-finger. Among them, values for the base circle radius are110mm,120mm and130mm, values for the roller rotation speed are64r/min,74r/min and84r/min, values for the crank length are75mm,80mm and85mm.The conclusions are as follows:(1) Change the disc CAM base circle radius can’t change the movement cycle of spring-finger, but it Can change the maximum and the minimum of the speed. To lift and return stages also has a certain influence.(2) Change the roller rotation speed can change the movement cycle of spring-finger, it also can change the maximum and the minimum of the speed.(3) Under the condition of collecting device can work, Change the crank length can change the movement cycle of spring-finger, it also can change the maximum and the minimum of the speed. |
