Pseudorabies is an infectious disease caused by Herpesvirus suis I.There is no effective drug treatment for the disease.Vaccination is one of the most effective means to prevent the disease,at the same time,the importance of biological safety should be paid attention to.Through the comparison test of the immune effect of vaccine,the result showed that:The positive rate of gE antibody of swine pseudorabies in the blank group and the experimental group was decreased,which showed that pigs were not infected by pseudorabies virus,and vaccine immunization had a certain effect.However,as time went on,the level of antibody decreased and whether there was an infection was uncertain in the later stage of fattening.All the piglets were negative for gE antibody of pseudorabies at different stages.Serological investigation of wild pseudorabies virus infection in some of pig farms in Changsha during 2013-2016 was carried out.The results showed that the pig farm 2,3 and 6 maintained the pseudorabies negative pig farm from 2013 to 2016.To a certain extent,it indicated that the vaccine immunization and biological safety control measures of these 3 farms were effective.The pig farm 1 was a pseudorabies negative farm,but from 2015,the positive rate of wild pseudorabies virus suddenly increased.In 2016,100% wild viruses were positive.To some extent,there was an outbreak of pseudorabies in the farm from 2015 to 2016.The positive rates of pseudorabies virus at pig farm 4,5,7 were below 20%.With the passage of time,the effective measures were taken by the farms,the positive rate of pseudorabies virus in three pig farms decreased slowly.Finally,they all turned out to be pseudorabies negative farm.The positive rates of pseudorabies virus at pig farm 8,9,13 were relatively high.With the passage of time,the positive rate of pseudorabies virus decreased slowly.They reached below 10% in 2016.The positive rates of pseudorabies virus at pig farm 10,11,12 hadn't changed much in the last four years.
