In view of the phenomenon of seeding,this paper has reviewed the research status at home and abroad.About machine monitoring system,compares the different monitoring methods,is presented based on the photoelectric method of maize precise seeder row of kind of performance test system,and test verification,the main research is as follows:(1)The overall scheme design of the performance monitoring system based on photoelectric method;Firstly,the performance of the various aspects of the platter is analyzed,and the function of the performance detection system needs to be realized,the parameters are tested,and the overall design scheme of the system is put forward.(2)Performance monitoring system hardware design;Hardware selection,including microprocessor system,sensor circuit,wireless communication system,power supply,hardware anti-interference module design and development.The system hardware mainly completes the collection of sowing information,the acquisition of the operation speed signal,the transmission of information and the processing of the sensor output signal.(3)Software system design;Upper machine to make use of c # language and SQL database system software researchadopts the method of modular program design,for each module to design a machine,including the main program design,rate detection subroutine design,leakage detection program design feeding,box testing program design,communication design,etc.(4)Design of sensor structure and comparison test.;System through contrast test,the choice of three pairs of reverse correlation photoelectric sensors placed put way,photoelectric signal through the modulation circuit of sensor detects the data to the microcontroller,if a row of kind of fault is detected,the SCM will give warning alarm circuit transfer instructions to make it happen.(5)Comprehensive performance test;On system debug and after the improvement,completed the lead in the field of pipe and kinds of box fault,machine operation parameters of the test,detection sowing the accuracy of the information collection and the timeliness,accuracy of the fault detection.The test results show that the system performance is reliable and the blind area is monitored.The measurement accuracy of seeding is 99.25%,and the fault alarm accuracy is 100%.It is helpful to improve the performance of seeding machine by accurate monitoring of the performance of corn precision row.
