With the expansion of the scale of cow breeding,to stay in bed for the daily management of bedding maintenance workload increase gradually,at present most of the dairy farm USES artificial or half mechanization mode of operation,the existence of the artificial level labor intensity big,mechanical leveling device level quality is not high,rotary tillage leveling device pertinence is not strong,lack of key components of optimization design problems,therefore,design a kind of rotary cultivator is especially important in bed,design the results of this paper is as follows:(1)Through literature review and field investigation,according to the physical properties of the cow bed bedding,combined with the existing microminiature working principle of rotary cultivator,determines the cow bed smooth rotary tillage device design scheme,and its working principle and working process are analyzed.(2)Using SolidWork software key components for the rotary leveling device entity modeling,at the same time using ANSYS/ls-dyna software statics analysis was carried out on the key components,the rotary leveling device rotary tillage blade in the process of work stress and strain distribution and energy consumption,the analysis results show that the design meets the requirements of key components.(3)Making experimental prototypes and performing on-site experiments,respectively,when the unit forward speed is 0.5?0.6?0.7m/s,measure the flatness,soil fraction,tillage width,tillage depth stability coefficient and tillage depth of the litter.It shows that the design of the cow bed rotary tillage device satisfies the design requirements.
