The Effect Of Lanqi Jiangzhi Granule On The Clinical Efficacy Of Hyperlipidemia Spleen Deficiency Syndrome

Objective: To evaluate the Lan Ling Jiang Zhi granule in the treatment of hypercholesterolemia(spleen deficiency phlegm and blood stasis) clinical curative effect.Methods:The object of study are 60 cases of patients who with hypercholesterolemia from the Second Affiliated.Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine of cardiovascular department, Chinese medicine were Called TCM syndrome of spleen deficiency phlegm and blood stasis,were randomly divided into treatment group(Lan Ling Jiang Zhi granules group)30 cases and control group(Xue zhi kang group) 30 cases, to test positive control design double blind, blue Ling granules in treatment group were given 1 bag at a time, 2 times a day,and simulation of Xue zhi kang Capsule 2 pills each time, 2 times a day, the control group was given Xue zhi kang Capsule 2p i l l s e a c h t i m e, 2 t i m e s a d a y a n d s i m u l a t i o n o f b l u e Ling granules, 1 bag at a time, 2 times a day,the treatment period was 4 weeks. observed in two groups of patients with symptom scores of Chinese medicine, blood lipid level to improve the situation, the level of C reactive protein, with total efficiency changes before and after treatment,the results by statistics, to evaluate and analysis the clinical efficacy and safety of Lan Ling Jiang Zhi granule.Results: In the aspect of TCM symptoms of Chinese medicine, the total efficiency of the treatment(93.3%)was higer than the control group(66.6%).That is to say,treatment group in the treatment of hypercholesterolemia has obvious curative effect in improving symptoms in traditional Chinese medicine(P<0.05). Serum lipid levels before and after comparison, two groups compared in the patients with lower TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C increased significantly(P<0.01). Patients in two groups were compared between groups before treatment, TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C had no statistical significance(P>0.05); after treatment the two groups decreased TC, level of TG curative effect have no statistical significance(P>0.05), the treatment group decreased LDL-C and increased HDL-C is better than the control group(P<0.05). The results show that the treatment group high cholesterol in low density lipoprotein and high density lipoprotein.Compared the two groups and between groups, the differences of levels of CRP were statistically significant(P < 0.05),it is to say the improvement of the treatment group is superior to the level of CRP In the control group. two groups were not found serious adverse events. During the clinical observation period.Conclusions:Lan Ling Jiang Zhi granule in treatment of hypercholesterolemia of spleen deficiency and phlegmphlegm and blood stasis patients, with good regulating lipid, improving TCM syndrome of chinese medicine and can effectively reduce the levels of C-reactive protein and have less side effects, it is safe and reliable.
