Epidemiological Investigation On The Distribution Pattern Of TCM Constitution Types In NAFLD In Changsha Area

Objective: To explore the distribution characteristics of TCM Constitution of non alcoholic fatty liver(NAFLD) in Changsha area;Analysis of correlation between several major TCM Constitution and common lifestyle and their correlation with laboratory indexes.Methods: Multi stage cluster random sampling method was adopted to investigate the physical fitness of the population in Changsha area.A total of 1386 cases of fatty liver were collected and analyzed statistically.Results:(1)The distribution of TCM Constitution of NAFLD is as follows: NAFLD TCM Types of moderate physical quality and pathological constitution are present, the two accounted for 42.9%, 57.1%(P<0.05).Among them, the pathological constitution is the main body, and there are second TCM Constitution.(2)Pathological constitution ratio(P<0.05):Phlegm damp-heat 17.1%, 10.2%, 9.9% Yang deficiency, Qi deficiency 6.2%, yin deficiency 6%, qi stagnation, blood stasis 4.5%, 1.9%, 1.3% special intrinsic quality;(3)Second TCM Constitution ratio(P<0.05):24.8% damp-heat phlegm, Qi deficiency blood stasis 19.7%, 12.2%, 12.2%, 9.3% Yang deficiency, qi stagnation, yin deficiency 9.3%, 9.3%, the intrinsic quality of 3.3%;(4)Different gender, age of TCM constitution in patients with NAFLD than differ.(2)The correlation between the main TCM Constitutionin in patients with NAFLD and lifestyle are as follows:The protection factors of phlegm dampness: sleep better(Exp(β)=0.432,P=0.023); risk factors: little movement(Exp(β)=2.524,P<0.01);(2)The protection factors of damp heat: occasionally smoking(Exp(β)=0.326,P=0.003), do not drink(Exp(β)=0.266,P<0.01), occasional drinking(Exp(β)=0.487,P=0.011), light diet(Exp(β)=0.105,P=0.002); The protection factors of Yang deficiency: sleep better(Exp(β)=0.318,P=0.01); risk factors: little movement(Exp(β)=4.378,P<0.01).(3)BMI, blood pressure, TG, HDL, GLU, ALT, GGT, UA has a relativity(All of P < 0.01) to NAFLD TCM Constitution;(1)Phlegm dampness was positively correlated with BMI(Exp(β)=1.083,P<0.01), diastolic blood pressure(Exp(β)=1.023,P=0.048), and negatively correlated with HDL(Exp(β)=0.974,P=0.005);(2)Damp-heat constitution was positively correlated with GGT(Exp(β)=1.009,P<0.01),BMI(Exp(β)=1.054,P=0.046),and negatively correlated with HDL(Exp(β)=0.975,P=0.027).Conclusion:(1)Regularities of distribution of TCM constitution type in NAFLD: Distribution of TCM constitution in patients with NAFLD in changsha, with gentle quality, phlegmy wet mass, damp and hot, Yang deficiency quality is given priority to;and there are second TCM Constitution;Among them second TCM Constitution is given priority to with hot and humid, phlegm wet mass. Different gender, age of NAFLD patients with different TCM Constitution: phlegmy wet mass, damp and hot in the proportion of male than female, Yang deficiency quality in the quality of women than men;30-40 years old with the highest proportion of phlegm dampness, 40-50 years of age with the highest proportion of damp and hot, more than 50 years of age with a high proportion of Yang deficiency quality.(2)The relationship between TCM constitution in patients with NAFLD and diet, alcohol, sleep and exercise closely.The little exercise are the most important factors affecting the TCM constitution in patients with NAFLD. Phlegm dampness in salty meat and meat diet, often drink, often insomnia, little movement;Sleep better was protective factor and risk factor for little movement; Damp heat in spicy food, alcohol and tobacco use, little movement; the less alcohol, light diet were protective factors; Yang deficiency in light diet, often insomnia; there is little movement as a risk factor, sleep better, the male were protective factors.(3)Different NAFLD TCM constitution types of BMI, TG, HDL, blood pressure, GLU, GGT and UA have different degrees of change, the relationship between the BMI and NAFLD types of TCM Constitution most closely;In the TCM Constitution of phlegm dampness, damp heat index anomaly is the most significant.(1)Phlegmy wet mass was positively correlated with BMI, diastolic blood pressure;And negatively correlated with HDL;(2)Damp-heat constitution was positively correlated with GGT,BMI;And negatively correlated with HDL.
