Aplastic Anemia is a synthetic symptoms resulted in by many causes,which make Hemopoietic stem cells fewer and their functions abnormal,bloody microenvironment destroyed,red essence replaced by fat essence,peripheral blood cells fewer.It is charactered by anemia infection and blooding.This experiment studied 60 rats models suffering from aplastic anemia in order to compare the difference between Marrow-supplementing and Blood-engendering Granule (MSABSEG)(high dose,moderate dose,low dose) and Aplastic Anemia Blood-engendering tablet(AABET) working on rats of AA about their effects and acts on peripheral blood cells , nucleate cells of bone marrow , ancestral granulocyte and compare the difference between Marrow-supplementing andBlood-engendering Granule(MSABSEG) (high dose,moderate dose,low dose) and pure models group about circumstances above of peripheral hemogram and bone marrow improvement.It was found that MSABSEG could significantly(P<0.05, P<0.01) increase the level of peripheral leukocyte, erythrocyte,hemoglobin and reticulocyte, nucleate cells of bone marrow, ancestral granulocyte, superior to Aplastic Anemia Blood-engendering tablet(AABET).At the same time, MSABSEG can improve above, superior to pure models group.It testifies MSABSEG can improve peripheral hemogram and bone marrow , treating AA actively and effectively.
