Aconiti lateralis is a kind of processed product of Aconitum carmichaelii Debxli debx roots in the secondary root of buttercup,its functions are to cause restoration from collapse,supplement body fire and reinforce yang,dispel wind,cold and damp.There are there slices of lateral root of specifications in the 2010 edition of "Chinese pharmacopoeia".They are Fupian,Danfupian and Paofupian.Paofupian is processed by boiling-on-grain(Appendix ?D).It is a kind of processing method by fire which make the surface of Paofupian bosomy and yellow-brown.There is no content determination of requirements about Paofupian,so the preparation process and quality standard are both based on traditional experience.According to the situation,the research projects of traditional Chinese medicine industry "Processing method in inheritance and standardized application research of Aconitum carmichaelii Debxlli debx.etc"studied Aconiti.This paper is a part of the subject.This paper is divided into the following aspects.SummaryThis study respectively summarize from aconite root processing history,chemistry,pharmacology,toxicology,processing technology,quality,clinical application,etc.this is not only the heritage of processing method for aconite root,but also lay the foundation for further experimental study.The research of Paofupain technologyScreen and determine the temperature of the process,prepare cooked less,moderate,too three different levels of Paofupian with Heishunpian and Baifupian.Observe the appearance of each sample,determinate the density of the pieces and power color,there kinds of double ester type and three kinds of single-ester alkaloid content.We can find that the double ester alkaloid content in Heishunpian and Baifupain are 0.006%and 0.002%which we can not find any more after cooked.The single-ester alkaloid content in the cooked pieces is the same with before.The power color can represent piece color as well as the pieces density can represent the texture.The cooked moderate one can meet the requirements of the Pharmacopoeia and the de*ab are almost the same,the density is about halt uncooked.Establish Paifupian preparation process with the key parameter data through the experiment results:Take the right amount of river sand into frying container,heat to a high temperature to 200?,then put Fupian into the container and stir fry 4 minutes,get the sand and pieces out,separate the pieces from the sand and make it cool.The research of Paofupain techno logy(pilot test)and quality standardsUsing the self-regulating drug fried machine(CGQ-750Z),choose 10 batches of Heishunpian prepare Paofupian on the base of small test result,yield 82%-85%.Observe the appearance of Paofupian,measure the power color,density and 6 pieces alkaloid content and formulate the quality standards of Paofupian.Then,finalize the preparation process which can be applied to the production of Paofupian SOP.The research of Chaofupian technologyStudy the preparation process of Chaofupian with aconiti as cooked object.Research the influence of pretreatment,the size of the file,the amount of river sand,temperature,time and other factors on the quality of Paofupian with the traditional experience and 6 kinds of alkaloid consent as index,select the best preparation process and establish normative preparation:Take the right amount of river sand into frying container,heat to a high temperature to 200?,then put Aconiti into the container and stir fry 7 minutes,get the sand and pieces out,separate the pieces from the sand and make it cool.The research of Chaofupain technology(pilot test)Build the preparation process of Chaofupian which can apply to mass production:Take the right amount of river sand into the fried medicine machine,heat to a high temperature to 200 ?,then put Aconiti into the container and stir fry 6.5-7.5 minutes,get the sand and pieces out,separate the pieces from the sand and make it cool.yield 83%-91%.RSD is 2.82%.The preparation process is stable.The quality standards of Chaofupian establishedMeasuring the power color,density and 6 pieces alkaloid content and formulate the quality standards of 10 batches of Paofupian,establish perfect quality standards of Chaofupian:power color(L*a*b*)is(63.72-73.61,9.369-11.41,23.94-26.14);density 0.60-0.88cm/ml;the sun of three kinds of single-ester alkaloid content is 0.0236%-0.0305%.In summary,this research studies the way to express traditional experience on the color and texture of Paofupian by data,establishes the preparation processes of Paofupian and Chaofupian which is very important to ensure the stability of the quality of Paofupian and Chaofupian.
