Objective: To study the impaired glucose tolerance(IGT) and CHD patients about the mutual relations and the significance of lipoprotein(a) [Lp(a)], hypersensitive c-reactive protein(hs CRP) and steady-state model indexes of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR) changes.Mehtods : Determination of 40 patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) with glucose tolerance to reduce(CHD + IGT group) and 40 cases of coronary heart disease(CHD) in patients with normal glucose tolerance(normal control group) and 30 cases of medical health of Lp(a), hs CRP and other indicators, determination method of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in serum Lp(a), hs CRP;While detecting the fasting blood glucose, fasting insulin group three and calculate the HOMA- IR, the steady-state model assessment of insulin resistance index of the degree of insulin resistance(HOMA IR) to evaluate the steady-state model HOMA- IR. The analysis of Lp(a) in each case, the change of hs CRP index and their relationship was inersely associated with homa-ir.SPSS17.0 statistical software package was used to statistical analysis, normal distribution parameters in average ± standard deviation, non-normal distribution parameters by the logarithmic transformation, comparison between groups using t test, multiple sets of comparison between the analysis of variance;Lp(a) and hs CRP was inersely associated with homa-ir Pearson correlation analysis on the relevant factors.Results: CHD + IGT group,CHD group and normal control group to compare the Lp(a), hs CRP, HOMA IR were significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), the CHD group compared with normal control group Lp(a), hs CRP, HOMA-a significant rise in IR, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Lp(a), hs CRP was inersely associated with homa-ir were positively correlated.Conclusion the patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) with glucose tolerance to reduce the Lp(a), hs CRP expression and HOMA IR increased significantly, Lp(a), hs CRP was inersely associated with homa-ir into positive correlation, Lp(a), hs CRP and insulin resistance in the amount of CHD with diabetes to reduce, Lp(a) in CHD, hs CRP and HOMA- IR combined glucose tolerance condition assessment and treatment of patients with reduced monitoring has important reference meaning.Conclusion: Coronary heart disease(CHD) patients with combined glucose tolerance to reduce the Lp(a), hs CRP expression and HOMA IR increased significantly, Lp(a), hs CRP was inersely associated with homa-ir into positive correlation, Lp(a), hs CRP and insulin resistance in the amount of CHD with diabetes to reduce, Lp(a) in CHD, hs CRP and HOMA- IR combined glucose tolerance condition assessment and treatment of patients with reduced monitoring has important reference meaning.
