| Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure(blood stasis dryness syndrome).Methods:In the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine Department of cardiovascular screening of 60 cases of chronic heart failure patients as the research object,syndrome of blood stasis and intestinal dryness,were randomly divided into treatment group(Sheng Xue Tong Bian granule group)30 cases and control group(Macrogol 4000 Powderution group)30 cases,to test design of positive control double blind,treatment group was treated with conventional anti heart failure combined with Sheng Xue Tong Bian granule of 1 pack,2 times a day,warm boiling water,the early dinner,after taking,the control group received conventional anti heart failure combined with oral administration of Macrogol 4000 Powderution,1 pack once,2 times a day,the treatment cycle was 14 days.Before and after treatment were observed in two groups of patients with symptom scores,Lee's failure to score,constipation symptoms,heart function classification(NYHA),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),FS,NT-pro BNP,IL-6,TNF-alpha and other changes,the results by statistics,the clinical efficacy and safety of blood analysis in order to evaluate Sheng Xue Tong Bian granules.Results:Improve heart failure symptoms and efficiency: two groups after the treatment of TCM symptoms total score was decreased compared with that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the two groups of TCM Syndrome curative effect comparison,was statistically significant the difference(P<0.05),that conventional anti heart failure + Sheng Xue Tong Bian granule solution and conventional anti heart failure + Macrogol 4000 Powder scheme can improve the TCM symptoms,but the former is better than the latter.To improve the efficiency of Lee and heart failure score: two groups after the treatment of heart failure Lee total scores lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);heart failure symptoms comparison,the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05)and that conventional anti heart failure + Sheng Xue Tong Bian granule solution and conventional anti heart failure + Macrogol 4000 Powderution scheme can improve the symptoms of heart failure patients,but the former is better than the latter.Cardiac function: two groups of patients with cardiac function comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the development of the program of improving the patient's heart function is better than the conventional anti heart failure + Macrogol 4000 Powde.Defecation effect:the two groups after treatment of constipation symptom score,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compare the symptoms of constipation curative effect,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the two groups after treatment were defecation time,defecation the interval time of defecation time,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);defecation traits of comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),that conventional anti heart failure + Sheng Xue Tong Bian granule solution and conventional anti heart failure + Macrogol 4000 Powder scheme can improve the symptoms of constipation patients,but the former is better than the latter.Laboratory index: two groups after treatment NT-pro BNP,LVEF,FS?IL-6,TNF-alpha compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatment group compared with the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),that conventional anti heart failure + Sheng Xue Tong Bian granule solution to improve left ventricular patients with ejection fraction(LVEF)?FS,NT-pro BNP IL-6,TNF-decreased,alpha level is better than conventional anti heart failure + Macrogol 4000 Powder scheme.Safety: during the treatment,Sheng Xue Tong Bian granule were safety.Conclusion:Patients with routine anti heart failure + Sheng Xue Tong Bian granules on blood stasis for chronic heart failure and intestinal dryness,has laxative,improve TCM symptoms,heart failure,improve heart function,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)?FS,decreased NT-pro BNP? IL-6?TNF-alpha levels,less side effects,safe and reliable. |
