| Qian Jin Fang is the work of Sun Simiao,known as the King of Medicine,an outstanding Chinese Medicine Doctor of Tang Dynasty.Qian Jin Fang(Bei Ji Qian Jin Yao Fang and Qian Jin Yi Fang)is a representative in the history of Chinese Medicine innovation especially for the later development of Herbal Forulary and methodology of Syndrom Differntiation.In the book,herbal formulae and practical clinical experience from Han to Tang Dynasty is collected and first categaried according to viscera syndrome differentiation,a principal treating method in clinical practice.The Present research on Qian Jin Fang emphasis on the analization of the characteristic of herbal formulary on disease categary and its clinical application,which is not comply with the viscera syndrome differentiation system that established in this book.Hence,our study is focusing on the systemetic summary of characteristics of Herbal Formulary according to viscera syndrome differentiation methods,in this regard,to summarize the characteristics of Herbal Formulae treating diseases and syndromes that closely related to Liver Organ system disorder;the results of this study,may contribute to the clinical effiency of Diseases closedly related to the Liver-viscera system disorder.The paper is consist of the following four parts:The first part is the Leteriture Review.In the review,the progress insyndrome differentiation and treatment based Viscera category of Bei Ji Qian Jin Yao Fang(Qian Jin Yao Fang)is summarized in five aspects including the general characteristics of viscera differentiation,therapeutic method,prescription characteristics,clinical application of herbal formulae for visceral diseases and pharmacological research,both the advantages and insufficiencies is valued and possible research interests is proposed.The second part introduces the research methods,including document research,tatistics analysis and data digging.The third part is the content of the research.First of all,the theory of liver of Qian Jin Yao Fang and the theory of liver of modern Chinese medicine is compared,thus the theory characteristics of Qian Jin Yao Fang is analized.Secondly,according to the theory of liver of Qian Jin Yao Fang,the research area of liver diseases is determined,the cretiaria of the liver diseases of Qian Jin Yao Fang is determined which includes the disfunction of the liver,the gallbladder,the tendons,the eyes and the nails as well as the malfunction of the pass course of the liver and gallbladder meridians.The research is to guide the treatment of modern diseases,therefore,the liver related syndrome and Diseases of Qian Jin Yao Fang corresponds to the modern liver diseases,according to the modern liver diseases,determined the data sources of the liver diseases of Qian Jin Yao Fang,finally standardized the data.The fourth part is the research results.The whole situation of prescription of liver diseases of Qian Jin Yao Fang is summarized and analyzed.and then the Qian Jin Yao Fang of the liver related diseases are divided into 10 kinds(Epilepsy,Stroke,Dizziness,Ying Disease,Yu Diseases,Jaundice,Ji Ju,Convulsion,Eye disease,other liver diseases)then the etiology,pathogenesis,as well as formula composing trait and herbs combination characteristics is analized and summarized.The cause of Xian Disease(Epilypsy)is the Zang-Fu Organ deficiency and shocking,the treating principal is tranquilizing the mind,the etiology Zhong Feng(Stroke)is the Zang-Fu Organ Yang-Qi deficiency with the attack of external heat evil or cold evil,the treating principle is tonic,clearing heat or eliminating Coldness,accompaning with unobstructed meridian medicine.The etiology and phathology of Xuan Yun(dizziness)is the external wind pathogen invading with the genuine Qi deficiency,the treating principle is explelling wind and eliminating coldness,activating blood and Unblocking the collateral with the combination of maintainance of vital Qi.The etiology and pathology of Ying Disease(Goiter and tumor)is Qi stagnation,blood stasis and phlegm accumulation,hence the treating principle is reducing phlegm and resolving mass,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The key pathogenesis of Yu Diseases(melanchonlia)is coldness stagnation,and Qi stagnation of the liver and gallbladder,which caused Qi stagnation,blood stasis,even Qi and Blood insufficiency,the treatment is mainly focusing on expelling wind and coldness to regulate Qi,which present the characteristic of expelling with pungent and unblocking with warm herbs for the treatment of melancholia and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,supplementing qi and nourishing blood;the pathogenesis of Huan Dan(jaundice)is heat,the treating principle is clearing heat,removing blood stasis and jaundice.The pathogenesis of Ji Ju(accumulation and aggregation)is the yin coldness evil stagnated at five Zang organs and stomach and intestine with the accumulation and disorder of qi,blood and body fluid,the treatment is focusing on promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,warming and eliminating to resolve accumulation.The pathogenesis of Jing Disease(Convulsion)is the malnorishment of tendons induced by wind evil invasion with difficiency of qi,blood and body fluid,the treatment is tonifying qi,blood and body fluid with expelling wind to stop convulsion.For those diseases that do not meet the standard of data analizing,classic document analizing method is employed to interprate the characteristic of formula consisting and herb combination.Finally,the research achievements is summarized and discussion is carried out. |
