The Effect Of Yiqi Liangxue Shengji Recipe On The Symptoms Of TCM And Syndrome Elements After PCI

Background:Coronary Atherosclerotic Disease(CAD)is a sort of common disease with higher morbidity and death rate,which endangers life and health seriously.In recent years,rapid development and wide application of Percutaneous Coronary Intervention(PCI)has become an important treatment method of this disease.However,some problems like restenosis after PCI,no re-flow and late thrombosis reduces benefits of CAD patients.Pre-clinical studies showed that the Yiqiliangxueshengji prescription could reduce restenosis trend and lower risks of cardiovascular events.This study aims at evaluating effects that the prescription of application after PCI has on Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)symptom and syndrome elements,which has certain clinic significance.Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Yiqiliangxueshengji prescription on Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)symptoms and syndrome elements by a two-months follow-up after PCI.Methods:(1)Choose 88 cases patients successfully operated on PCI at department of cardiology of East Hospital from October,2015 to January,2017.Divided them into two groups randomly,including a 42-case treatment group and a 46-case control group after patients agreed in line with sequential order of operation finishing.(2)Two groups of patients all adopted conventional western medicine therapy.Took medicines since operation finished including secondary prevention medicines of CAD like low molecular weight heparin,aspirin enteric-coated tablets,clopidogrel,statin-related drug,ACEI or ARB and ? receptor blocker etc.Treatment groups took conventional western medicines and took additional formula granules of the Yiqiliangxueshengji prescription with warm water,once respectively in the morning and evening and its course was two months.(3)At the day operation ended and two months later,recorded and evaluated sign score of TCM symptoms,syndrome elements,symptom score of stable angina,Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ)and C-reactive protein(CRP)level.(4)Follow-up visit for postoperative patients continued till March,2017.Reexamined coronary arteriography and observed to restenosis events,coronary artery bypass graft(CABG)and serious heart failure and cardiac death.(5)Data statistics used SPSS 20.0 statistical analysis software,enumeration data used chi-square test and rank-sum test and measurement data used t test.Results:(1)General data:intake 88 cases of patients including a 42-case treatment group and a 46-case control group.Two groups had no statistic differencewith comparability by statistical treatment in the respects of general case,disease case and treatment(P>0.05).(2)TCM symptom and sign score:two groups of symptom and sign score had no statistic difference compared with before.Two groups after treatment relieved in chest pain,oppression in chest,shortness of breath,weakness,palpitation,vexation,bitter taste and b.lood stasis integral(P<0.05).The treatment group showed better improvement than control group in oppression in chest,shortness of breath,weakness,palpitation(P<0.05).And it was superior to the control group in improvement of symptom and sign condition and treatment(P<0.05).(3)TCM syndrome elements:two groups of TCM syndrome elements had no statistic difference compared with before.After treatment,the treatment group got better improvement than before in blood stasis,heat accumulation,phlegm stagnancy and deficiency of vital energy.The control group got better improvement than before in blood stasis,heat accumulation and deficiency of vital energy.The treatment group was superior to the control group in improvement of the three syndrome elements like deficiency of vital energy,blood stasis and heat accumulation(P<0.05).(4)Symptom score of stable angina:two groups ' symptom score of stable angina had no statistic difference compared with before.After treatment,the treatment group got better improvement than before.The treatment group was superior to the control group in improvement(P<0.05).(5)Seattle Angina Questionnaire scale score:two groups' Seattle Angina Questionnaire scale score had no statistic difference compared with before.After treatment,the treatment group got better improvement than before in Seattle Angina Questionnaire scale score.It was superior to the control group in improvement(P<0.05).2(6)CRP level:two groups of CRP level had no statistic difference compared with before.After treatment,two groups of CRP level fell and the treatment group fell more quickly than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)The Yiqiliangxueshengji prescription can improve patients' chest distress,shortness of breath and weakness after PCI and improve syndrome elements of deficiency of vital energy,blood stasis and heat accumulation.(2)It can relieve stable angina symptom of CAD post-operation patients and perfect their lives.(3)It can reduce serum inflammation medium of post-operation patients and warn reduction of blood vessel inflammation reaction.
