Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Endometriosis Dysmenorrhea With The Method Of Invigorating Kidney And Regulating Menstruation And Removing Blood Stasis

Objective:By using the method of evidence-based medicine to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of endometriosis related dysmenorrhea with the therapy of invigorating kidney and regulating menstruation and removing blood stasis.for the future clinical further research and provide the basis for the promotion of the therapy,also Chinese medicine treatment for endometriosis related dysmenorrhea provide new ideas and methods.Method:In the clinical study,all cases were from December 2014 to March 2017 in Jiangsu Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital gynecologic clinic,60 patients were diagnosed as endometriosis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis dysmenorrhea,were divided into treatment group 40 cases,20 cases in the control group.The treatment group were treated with the method of invigorating kidney and regulating menstruation and removing blood stasis,different periods of the menstrual cycle has given oral medicine decoction:Guishao Dihuang Decoction(after menstrual period)-kidney ovulation promoting decoction(intermenstruum)-Buyang Xiaozheng decoction(premenstrual)-Neiyi Zhitong decoction(menstruation)endometriosis stage and treatment,control group was treated with Guizhi Fuling Capsule 3 pills each time,3 times a day.3 menstrual cycles were treated continuously in the two groups.According to dysmenorrhea degree,dysmenorrhea symptom scoring standard,the dysmenorrhea severity classification standard and the TCM syndrome scoring standard,the scores were scored.To observe the effect of Endometriosis Dysmenorrhea pain,dysmenorrhea symptoms,syndromes and other clinical manifestations,changes of serum CA125,ultrasound and ovarian cyst diameter etc.,and close observation of the patient during the treatment if there are adverse events.Results:There were 60 patients in the clinical group,4 cases were lost,56 cases completed the test.The baseline analysis shows that there were no statistically significant differences in age,course of disease,pain degree,dysmenorrhea symptom score,TCM syndrome score,CA125 level and ovarian cyst diameter between the two groups(P>0.05).Analysis of curative effect:the overall curative effect:36 patients in treatment group,9 cases were cured,12 cases effective,13 cases were markedly effective,2 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 94.4%;control group of 20 patients,1 cases were cured,5 cases effective,4 cases were cured,10 cases were invalid,the total efficiency of 50%.The efficacy of TCM syndrome:36 cases in treatment group,7 cases were cured,11 cases effective,15 cases were markedly effective,3 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 91.7%;control group of 20 patients,0 cases were cured,10 cases effective,4 cases were cured,6 cases were invalid,the total efficiency of 70%.The pain degree,dysmenorrhea score,TCM syndrome score,CA125 level and diameter of ovarian cyst were improved in the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment in the treatment group,the total clinical efficacy,the degree of pain,improving TCM syndrome curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.05),the two points,in the symptoms of dysmenorrhea CA125 level,ovarian cyst diameter equivalent efficacy(P>0.05).The correlation between dysmenorrhea degree and curative effect in the treatment group was analyzed.It was found that the degree of dysmenorrhea was significantly related to the curative effect.The less the degree of dysmenorrhea was,the better the curative effect was explained.Conclusion:Statistical demonstration,treatment group after treatment in patients with pain,dysmenorrhea score,TCM syndrome score,CA125 level and ovarian cyst diameter before treatment were significantly reduced;in the treatment group,the total clinical efficacy,pain degree,TCM syndrome improvement is better than the control group;correlation analysis showed a significant correlation with the severity of dysmenorrhea patients the effect of pain,The less the degree of dysmenorrhea was,the better the curative effect was explained.There were no adverse reactions associated with treatment during the treatment period,and there were no obvious abnormalities in the safety measures.This shows that invigorating kidney and regulating menstruation and removing blood stasis therapy is an effective and safe treatment for endometriosis dysmenorrhea.
