Correlation Analysis Of Medical And Health Network Public Opinion, Proposed Proposals And Health Policies

Objective:To study the existing network public opinion in the literature on the research of the Internet public opinion public events or emergencies is relatively mature;part is analysis of public opinion on the network,and a preliminary summary of online public opinion analysis tool.But there is no correlation between public opinion and suggestion of network proposal,health and family planning policy,this paper will analyze the current hot and difficult issues of concern to the masses,the health department adopted the NPC deputies and CPPCC members of the proposal to assess the extent of.Analysis of the relationship between public opinion,proposal,health care policy making and implementation.Methods:from 2013 to 2015 NPC and CPPCC integration during the NPC deputies and CPPCC members put forward a proposal of health planning work,screening and health plan sponsored students work related parts,the formation of TXT file analysis.The use of ROSTsoftware TXT document to screening out the contents of the content analysis,according to the demand of data to choose different modules of software,it is proposed that the formation during 2013-2015 NPC and CPPCC proposal of high-frequency words,the co-occurrence of words,a host of social semantic network results.In the Baidu search index of health related proposals focus related to the content of keywords,time for the January 2013-2015 year in December,the figure index trend of each of the keywords,keyword analysis at different time point is more.Family planning work and the development of medical and health system reform process combined with our health,combing during-2016 2012 years China's health policy formulation and implementation,analysis of China's family planning policy in the corresponding period of health position and focus,making summarized our country all the time and health policy the implementation of features.According to the time order,sort out in our country during 2013-2015,public opinion hot proposal and health policy the relationship has,summed up the law,and put forward the argument that China's health and family planning proposal,medicine and health network public opinion health policy between causality and time sequence.Results:(1)With China's economic and social development level gradually improve,accelerate the upgrading of consumption structure change,urbanization,population aging,disease spectrum,each involving health planning aspects of the National People's Congress and CPPCC members suggested that the number of all the year accounted for about 10%of the total NPC and CPPCC proposal.Over the years the proposal by ROST analysis after the 2013 hot proposal includes:1.to establish and improve the health legal system,legal system to promote the health work;2.medical service team construction and the protection of rights and interests;3.to accelerate the construction of rural grassroots health talent team construction and rural health service system;to promote the reform of public hospitals and 4.the supervision of medical services.A hot 2014 proposal:1.to further deepen the reform of medical care system,touch the stones;2.health education and to promote the dissemination of health knowledge and health management;construction of 3.medical disputes related management system;4.food safety issues;implementation and adjustment of family planning policy 5.A hot 2015 proposal suggested:1.medical personnel and medical institutions to protect the rights and interests of the grassroots talent team construction;2.children's medication safety;3.pension and health services;4.level optimized allocation of medical resources and medical service demand;5.family planning service management reform and family planning policy adjustment.(2)During the 2012-2016 years,China's health related policies have been introduced and revised,including:food safety related laws enacted and promulgated;formulate and implement the relevant system of medical and health system reform;establish relevant system of safe medication for children;the basic drug system adjustment and implementation;doctor-patient relationship adjustment and system adjustment;the implementation of community pension system.(3)Health care related hot events cause changes in search volume and show an exponential trend in the Baidu index.Conclusion:The NPC deputies and CPPCC members suggested the proposal reflects public opinion hot issues of food safety;proposals focus led to the introduction of policies and regulations;the adjustment of policies and regulations to cause a new round of public opinion focus.
