With the rapid industrialization process,The situation of occupational diseases in metal mine is getting serious in China.The work of occupational health supervision take a heavy burden and embark on a long road.A good occupational health management system,not only can provide the basis for the supervision department to carry out occupational health supervision effect evaluation,but also has guiding significance to promote the long-term management of occupational health.However,There is no uniform standard for the management mode of occupational health in our country.Only a few cities such as Zhuhai,Shanghai,Chengdu etc issued measures for the administration of occupational health classification and grading.Moreover,because of the particularity and the high incidence of occupational diseases in the mine,measures for the administration of occupational health classification and grading of metal mines is missing.In the first of all,based on the expert investigation weight method,the gradation supervision index of occupational health in metal mines is established.It is based on the "mine engineering survey-the occupational health status of working environment-occupational health management level status-the contact status of occupational hazard factors " as the first level indexes.Then by using the boundary value method and numerical conversion method,the gradation supervision index be screened.The final gradation supervision index includes 4 first level indexes,12 second level indexes and 67 third level indexes,and is verified to be acceptable of intrinsic reliability by using Krone Bach acoefficient?The overall gradation supervision index a =0.929>0.7?.In the next place,according to the application of analytic hierarchy process to determine the subjective weights,and according to the entropy method to calculate the objective weights,and finally according to the the application of the multiplicative integration method combined the subjective weights and the objective weights.to calculate protfolio weights.It provides weight analysis for the fuzzy matter-element of the gradation management system of occupational health in metal mines.Only a few cities such as Zhuhai,Shanghai,Chengdu etc.Then,according to "classification management,comprehensive management" principle,the metal mine occupational health supervision level is subdivided into?Grade 0,Grade ?,Grade ?,Grade ?,Grade ??5 grades,and the specific requirements of occupational health gradation supervision are determined.Reference to laws and regulations and other information,the scoring guide of the gradation management system of occupational health in metal mines is determined.According to the fuzzy matter-element theory,the fuzzy matter-element model of occupational health gradation supervision in metal mines is established.In finally,the gradation management system of occupational health in metal mines is applied to a metal mine.The result is dmax=d4.The serious degree of occupational health in the metal mine is general,and the grade of occupational health gradation supervision is Grade II.The supervision categories are routine supervision,and the supervisory frequency is 1 times/year.The results show that the gradation management system of occupational health in metal mines is feasible and effective.Then,according to the fuzzy closeness degree,the closeness of each index is calculated.And baesd on the closeness degree,the gradation supervision index are sorted.Then a threshold ?N?=0.662? is selected.The main influencing factors included Dust,chemical poison,noise,hand transmitted vibration,occupational disease hazard project reporting,occupational health three at the same time,dust technology measures,anti virus technology measures and anti noise technology measures were determined,the factors that affect occupational health gradation supervision in metal mines are sorted,and the continuous improvement measures are proposed.It not only simplifies the supervision and management of the management department,but also provides the pertinence for the metal mine occupational health management.It has a certain practical significance and reference value.
