Based On Cluster Analysis, The Distribution Of TCM Syndromes, Syndromes And Syndromes In 199 Hospitalized Patients With Coronary Heart Disease Was Studied

Purpose:Preliminary discussion on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine of coronary heart disease by the method of cluster analysis of traditional Chinese medicine.Material and method: All cases of this topic are from the patients in the liaoning province hospital during July 2016 to February 2017,patients are clear diagnosed of stable coronary heart disease.By consulting the documents,we summarized the common symptom of coronary heart disease of traditional Chinese medicine.With it,we made the symptom of coronary heart disease of traditional Chinese medicine questionnaire item pool.After obtained the consent of the patient,the head of the team must explain to patients with symptoms of questionnaire in detail and carefully investigated,not with leading questions to the some way.To investigate the arteries and veins of tongue information,the two expects must be more than subtropical high or subtropical high.If two doctors' diagnostic information is different,three expert will diagnose the patient.If it's still different,the case should be excluded.The information collected from the questionnaire will be descriptively analyze of the frequency and system cluster analysis to classify.Statistical software SPSS for 22,delete entries frequency less than 10% of the symptoms.Wald method is used to cluster analysis,Pearson correlation for the measuring range.Results: Based on the published literature consult,we collected 292 cases,including 41140 patients,summarized the 6 type of syndromes,10 nature of disease factor,6 disease location factors,four clinical TCM symptoms from 162 the four methods of diagnosis,119 body symptoms,tongue and pulse,a total of 43.Questionnaires of 199 cases were collected.That included all patients included in the standard.The results of the survey were collected from 141 systemic symptom,symptoms of chest is a total of 19,87 general symptoms,tongue and pulses is 35.To system clustering analysis of the symptoms,the final total extract 10 disease factor,fivedisease factors,experts argue that when clustering for 7 groups most conforms to the clinical practice,combined with the syndrome elements,get the 7 main TCM syndrome,3 deficiency syndrome.The distribution of the location element of 199 patients with coronary heart disease is the heart,stomach,kidneys,liver and lungs.Ten nature element of pattern of the disease are caused by the blood stasis,sputum wet,qi deficiency,Yin deficiency,qi stagnation,blood deficiency,cold,Yang deficiency,hyperactivity of yang,fire.Type of syndrome distribution from more to less is qi deficiency syndrome,and mutual phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,blood stasis resistance,heart kidney Yin deficiency syndrome,Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,syndrome of congealing cold with blood stasis,phlegm stagnacy,phlegmy wet block syndrome,qi stagnation in chest,heart kidney Yin deficiency syndrome and Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and other syndrome types.Conclusion: Through questionnaire surveys to get a common symptom of coronary heart disease of traditional Chinese medicine.From the clustering classification for the symptoms,we get 10 nature of disease factor,6 disease location factors.Clinical experts according to the clustering,finally sums up the 7 main TCM syndrome,two deficiency of qi and blood,heart,kidney Yin deficiency syndrome,phlegm heat knot each card,phlegmy wet block,haemorrheological nature blood stasis,qi and mind syndrome,blood stasis resistance,to Yin deficiency syndrome and Yang deficiency syndrome.Type of syndrome distribution from more to less is qi deficiency syndrome,and mutual phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,blood stasis resistance,heart kidney Yin deficiency syndrome,Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,syndrome of congealing cold with blood stasis,phlegm stagnacy,phlegmy wet block syndrome,qi stagnation in chest,heart kidney Yin deficiency syndrome and Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and other syndrome types.Preliminary discussion on the standardization of CHD of traditional Chinese medicine and syndrome,syndrome factor,the distribution of syndrome types of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)of hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease.The results is according to the actual clinical situation,the preliminary discussion of coronary heart disease of traditional Chinese medicine is for TCM' standardized and objective.
