The Effect Of Chinese Medicine Combined With Letrozole On NLR, PLR Levels And Clinical Efficacy In Patients With Hormone-dependent Breast Cancer

Purpose:To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with letrozole in the treatment of hormone dependent breast cancer,analysis of the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with effects of letrozole treatment endocrine therapy on the levels of NLR,PLR and quality of life before and after treatment,To explore the value of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hormone dependent breast cancer.Material and method:Select 36 patients with breast cancer were enrolled in the Depar-tment of oncology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chin-ese Medicine from September 2013 to-2016 in December,including 16 cases in the imental group and 20 cases in the control group.The clinical data was collected,including age,TCM syndrome type,before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral,the KPS score(Karnof-sky score),neutrophil count,platelet count and lymphocyte count.Control group was treated with Letrozol Tablets 2.5mg once a day for endocrine therapy;in the treatment group received the therapy and continuous oral medicine decoction for 4 weeks.SPSS19.0 software was used to analyze the changes of NLR,PLR levels,KPS scores and TCM syndrome scores before an-d after treatment.Test standard for P < 0.05.Results:1.After treatment,the treatment group patients after treatment NLR level integral mean value is 2.10 + 0.78 points,the control group patients after treatment NLR level integral average val-ue is 1.61 + 0.55 points,the two groups of patients with NLR levels difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The treatment group can reduce the level of PLR in patients,the difference is statistically si-gnificant(P<0.05).The control group had no significant effect on the decrease of PLR level.The difference of PLR level between the treatment group and the treatment group was 26.52 +43.27.The difference of PLR level between the control group and the treatment group before and after the treatment was-8.18 + 35.81,the difference between the two groups was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).3.The treatment group and the control group can raise the KPS score,the difference is statistic-ally significant(P<0.05).The difference of KPS score between the two groups was statistically significant.The difference of the treatment group was 22.41,the rank sum was358.5,and the difference between the control group was 15.38,the rank sum was 307.5,and the difference between the two groups was P=0.009 by rank sum test,the difference was statistically significant.4.The treatment group and the control group can reduce the TCM syndrome score of the patients,and the observation group is better than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The change of PLR level,the change of KPS score and the integral level of TCM syndrome have nothing to do with TCM syndrome type.Conclusion:1.In reducing the level of NLR in patients,the combination of Chinese medicine letrozole and letrozole alone have no significant effect.2.Traditional Chinese medicine combined with letrozole can reduce the level of PLR in patients,and the effect of letrozole combined with Chinese medicine is better than that of letrozole alone.3.Traditional Chinese medicine combined with letrozole therapy and simple letrozole therapy can improve the clinical curative effect of the patients(patients with KPS score,improve the efficiency,reduce the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score)and the combination of traditional Chinese medicine to better therapeutic effect than letrozole treated with letrozole treatment.4.The change of PLR level,the change of KPS score and the integral level of TCM syndrome have nothing to do with TCM syndrome type.
