| The Chinese Cardiology Report 2017 published in 2018 pointed out that China's current number of patients suffering from heart failure is 4.5 million,and it is facing severe challenges.In recent years,advances in modern medicine have made many patients with heart failure prolonged,but many patients with heart failure still suffer from high end-stage mortality,low quality of life,and repeated relapses.Traditional Chinese medicine has accumulated rich experience in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Both clinical and experimental studies have demonstrated tangible efficacy.It can improve exercise tolerance,improve living conditions,reduce symptoms,reduce adverse reactions,and can play a greater role in the prevention and treatment of chronic heart failure.Yiqi Huoxue Lishui Fang has been proven to have good clinical efficacy in long-term clinical practice.Preclinical and basic studies have confirmed the role of major components of the prescription in the treatment of chronic heart failure,indicating that its role is related to improving myocardial energy metabolism.Purpose:In this study,the drug Trimetidine,which can be used to improve the energy metabolism of the myocardium,was considered as a reference drug,aiming at a more systematic and comprehensive evaluation of the clinical therapeutic effect of Yiqi Huoxue Lishui Prescription on chronic heart failure.Methods:50 patients with chronic heart failure were included in the randomized controlled study,25 cases in the treatment group and 25 cases in the control group.The treatment group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Li Shui Fang and Western medicine therapy,while the control group was treated with trimetazidine and Western medicine.The prescription of Yiqi Huoxue Li Shui,one bag each time,two times a day,was early,Late charge.Trimetazidine is three times a day for 10mg.Basic treatment for western medicine,reference to 2016ESC guidelines for acute and chronic heart failure;using the above treatment program for 1 months;The TCM syndrome and main symptom score,6 minute walking test and NYHA cardiac function classification were observed before and after taking the medicine.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in age,gender,duration of heart failure,graded cardiac function,TCM syndrome scores,LVEF,6MWT between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and they were comparable.(2)TCM syndrome and main symptom score:Before treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group and the control group were 21.24 ± 5.27 points and 21.20 ± 4.46 points respectively.After treatment,they were 9.44 ± 4.81 points and 12.96 ± 5.71 points respectively.The two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was more obviously lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the main symptoms of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment(P<0.05).The scores of qi deficiency symptoms such as shortness of breath,asthenia and asthma were significantly decreased in the treatment group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of two groups of TCM symptoms was 80%and 60%,respectively,and the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)NYHA classification:After treatment,the total effective rate of NYHA improvement in treatment group and control group was 84%and 60%,respectively,and the improvement in treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).(4)6MWT distance:Before treatment,the distance between the treatment group and the control group was 154.59 ± 39.85m and 150.32 ± 38.80m,and the difference was not statistically significant.After treatment,it was 339,45 ± 52.68m and 294.04 ± 56.81m,respectively.The two groups were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was more obviously improved than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of two groups of 6MWT distance increased by 92%and 68%,respectively,and the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue Lishui Prescription has a good clinical treatment effect on chronic heart failure.Compared with the positive drug trimetazidine,the improvement of clinical efficacy is more obvious. |
