| Objective:?.Through the SAS and SDS scale assessment of refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease in patients with mental and psychological state;2.Based on randomized controlled clinical study,combined with TCM diagnosis and treatment,we explored and evaluated the clinical efficacy of xinkaikujiang decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding therapy in treating rGERD patients' mental state.Methods:According to the order of income group,50cases of rGERD patients were randomly divided into 2groups,25cases/group according to the order of income group.The treatment group received health education + xinkaikujiang granules with(1 agent,2times a day and drink 150ml)+catgut implantation at acupoints(disinfection,with a sterile 7 gauge needle and 3/0 injection to catgut embedding,postoperative iodophor disinfection puncture point,1 times per week,a total of 4weeks.Choose Zhongwan;Zusanli;Weishu;Pishu etc.)+pantoprazole sodium 40mg/*2times,before breakfast,after dinner;control group received health education+pantoprazole sodium 40mg/*2 times,before breakfast,after dinner.After 4weeks,the safety evaluation index,symptom score,SAS and SDS score were tested and evaluated before and after the treatment of rGERD patients.The above data are analyzed by SPSS20.0 software.Results:1.of the 50 patients with rGERD,the age was 26 years and the maximum was 70 years.The number of 60-70 years old age accounts for 36%of the total,followed by 50-59 years,indicating that rGERD is more common in the middle and old age,and the incidence has a tendency to increase with age.2.from symptom scores,the symptom scores of the two groups decreased after treatment.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant,indicating that the two treatments were effective,and the treatment group was better.3.The clinical symptoms of rGERD patients were positively correlated with the SAS and SDS scores.4.of the spirit of the abnormal mental state in patients with rGERD,two groups of patients after treatment SAS,SDS score decreased than before,and between the two groups before and after the score compared to the difference between the results,with statistical significance,shows two kinds of treatment have a certain intervention effect to improve the psychological status of patients with rGERD,but the effect of intervention the treatment group is better than the control group,xinkaikujiang decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding can significantly improve the mental and psychological status of patients with rGERD.Safety assessment:50 cases of rGERD patients had no obvious adverse reactions during the entire clinical observation period.The vital signs,such as T,P,R and BP and blood,urine and stool routines,ECG and liver and kidney function were all in normal range before and after clinical treatment.There were no adverse effects on patients' basic diseases during clinical treatment,and the whole clinical treatment process was safe and effective.Conclusion:1.The main incidence of rGERD was middle and old age,and the incidence of the disease increased with age,which showed a certain increase;2.Most of the rGERD patients had mental and psychological problems;3.Xinkaikujiang decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding therapy to improve clinical symptoms of patients with cold heatjumble rGERD compared with the pure western medicine treatment effect is better;4.The clinical symptom score of rGERD patients was positively correlated with their anxiety and self rating depression scale,and the two were mutually causal and influenced each other;5.Xinkaikujiang decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding therapy has significant intervention effect on mental health of rGERD patients,which can significantly improve mental state of rGERD patients. |
