The Observation Of Reflux Symptoms Infrared Skin Temperature For The Treatment Of Acupoint Catgut Embedding Therapy For NERD Patients With Insufficiency Of The Spleen

Objective:Reflux disease of acupoints of patients with infrared temperature changes and reflux symptoms to improve the situation,discussed infrared thermal image instrument can as a non erosive reflux disease detection means and five abdominal acupuncture point catgut embedding treatment of non erosive reflux disease effectiveness and related mechanism research.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with mosapride citrate mosapride dispersible tablets 5mg,oral,three times a day;with thunder rabeprazole enteric coated tablets 10mg,oral,twice a day;4 weeks for a course of treatment.Treatment group received five abdominal acupuncture point catgut embedding therapy,weekly catgut embedding a.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Observing patients before and after treatment with acid regurgitation,heartburn,chest pain,anti eating symptoms and symptoms were analyzed with RDQ questionnaire;through the belly cavity infrared temperature changes were monitored before and after the treatment of catgut embedding therapy in the treatment of non erosive reflux disease mechanism.All the experimental data are used SPSS23.0 analysis software for statistical analysis,The measurement data with mean and standard deviation(X±S),normal distribution data by t test,non normal distribution data using the Wilcoxon rank sum test;count data by chi square test;rank by rank and testing.Results:The treatment group and control group total efficiency were 96.6%and 83.3%,the two groups,the difference was significant(P<0.01).Through the infrared thermal imager to observe five abdominal acupuncture point treatment group(Zhongwan,Qihai,Guanyuan,double sliding door of the meat)acupoint skin temperature significantly higher than before,Dazhui point increased 2.6 degrees,Zhiyang.increased 1.8 degrees,Mingmen increased 2.2 degrees.Statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the RDQ scores illustrate five abdominal acupoint catgut embedding treatment of non erosive reflux disease has a good clinical effect,obvious curative effect is superior to that of simple western medicine.And infrared thermography treatment has reflux disease of skin temperature changes objectively confirmed the effectiveness of five abdominal acupoint catgut embedding therapy can become non erosive reflux disease detection means.
