Correlation Between TCM Syndrome Types And Pregnancy Outcomes In Patients With ICSI Infertility

ObjectiveExplore the distribution of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndromes of inferti-lity painters with severe oligo-asthenospermia.Besides compere the outcome of those p-ainters treated by Intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI)then figure out the relevanc-e.MethodsReference to the Chinese medicine clinical research of new drugs guiding principles to design the questionnaire and put out it to the subjects,meanwhile collect the data of t-he ICSI.ResultsTotally give out questionnaires aboutl55and collect136.From high to low,the distrib-ution of TCM syndromes,the syndrome of dampness-heat is 52cases thataccounted for 38.24%,kidney Yin deficiency type is 35cases(25.73%),liver qi stagnation and blood st-asis type is 25cases(18.38%),kidney Yang deficiency type is 16cases(11.76%)and the d-eficiency of both qi and blood is 8cases(5.89%).The fertilization rate of deficiency of both qi and blood and the kidney Yang deficiency type is inferior to that of syndrom-e of dampness heat,kidney Yin deficiency type and liver qi stagnation and blood stasi-s type(P<0.05).In terms of the normal fertilization rates,deficiency of both qi and blo-od obviously lower than other groups,the same as the liver qi stagnation and blood s-tasis type.The embryo rate of kidney Yang deficiency type significantly precede the d-eficiency of both qi and blood and the kidney Yin deficiency type(P<0.05).The high q-uality embryo rate of liver qi stagnation and blood stasis type is higher than that of the deficiency of both qi and blood and the syndrome of dampnessheat.The implant-ation rate of kidney Yin deficiency type is lower than that of the dampness heat and 1-iver qi stagnation and blood stasis type(P<0.05).However,the constitution difference o-f groups that the frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycle and the fresh embryotransfer cyc-le is not significant There is no difference among the five types about the implantati-on rate,the biochemical pregnancy rate and the Clinical pregnancy rate(P>0.05).ConclusionThe attack rate of infertility painters with severe oligo-asthenospermia syndrome of dampness-heat,the kidney Yin deficiency type and the liver qi stagnation and blood sta-sis type the munity is higher than other types.TCM syndromes of those patients hav-e predictive value about the fertilization rate,the normal fertilization rates,the embryo ra-te and the high-quality embryo rate,the implantation rate,although the relationship is not significant among the TCM,biochemical pregnancy rate and clinical pregnancy rate.Therefore,TCM syndromes shoud be used for reference in the ICSI.
