Chen Shanyu's Ci Fu Creation And His Study Of "Full"

This thesis elaborated comprehensively Chen Shanyu's view on Fu by a synthetically study of his works of Fu and his Fu anthology Fu Lve. The paper was divided into three parts, preface, text and conclusion. The preface introduced the significance of this studies and its research method. The chapter1analyzed Chen Shanyu's opinions of Fu on based of discussing his works of Fu and a brief account of his life. He was considered as a recluse who departed from the reality through the studies of his works. The chapter2had a main research on Fu Lve including its choosing situation of Fus in different dynasties, Chen's comment and annotation, as well as its value and shortage. The chapter3surveyed Chen's opinion on Ci Fu, and opinioned that the three features:regarding Lisao and Hanfu as the examples for following, creating Fu for needs of expressing one's emotion, no Fus in and after the Tang dynasty, have constructed the main characteristics of Chen's view on Ci Fu. Meantime, the paper pointed out that Chen wasn't put his advocate, creating Fu for needs of expressing emotions into practice. Also, his view, no Fu creations in and after the Tang dynasties was not as strictly as others. The conclusion made a summery on Chen's achievement both in his creation and theory construction. And the paper thought, though he didn't make a huge achievement, his creation evidenced the insufficient of Ming's Ci Fu on the other hand.
