Investigation And Research On The Existing Hui Ink Production Process

This paper explores the origin and development of the Chinese Hui Ink.Chapter One is a historical overview of the Chinese ink and the beginning years of the Hui Ink.It covers the process and the standards of production for the existing Hu Kaiwen Ink with special reference to the relation between the ink moulds and the progress of the ink industry.Chapter Two introduces the raw materials,the ratio of the adjustment of the raw materials,manufacturing methods and the complicated manufacturing procedures.Chapter Three categorizes the Hui Ink according to the uses and the texture.The last part of the paper summarizes the present situation and points to the future of the Hui Ink,a conclusion based on the close relation between the development of the Hui Ink and its indigenous environment and the local culture.
