In this paper, the concept and classification of the inverse morpheme word are discussed in detail. At the same time,this paper regards the the inverse morpheme words which are included in series foreign students-oriented Chinese textbooks as the main study object, such as in "Level of Chinese Vocabulary and Chinese Characters Outline Level", "HanYu JiaoCheng", "Boya Chinese", “ Level Chinese”, and "Developing Chinese". After that, it selects those typical and easily-confused words as the focus of investigation and summarizes the present biased errors of the foreign students in the process of acquiring the inverse morpheme words through the form of questionnaire, which can be concluded to three types of errors, such as semantic bias error, grammar bias error and pragmatics bias error, andthen explores the causes of error of them in the aspect of intralingua, interlinguaand learning strategies. Afterwards, this paper comes up with improvement suggestions for current situation of textbook compilation and puts forward three instructional strategies according toteaching status of inverse morpheme word and puts forward three teaching strategies, namely: laying emphasis on morpheme teaching, combining the word and the morpheme, making full use of context teaching, and strengthening the repetition and practice.
