About The Imagery Of Figurative Sculptures

This paper deals with the relationship between the figurative sculpture and visualization based on the clue of image culture and takes sculpture creation as an example.The visualization of figurative sculpture is mainly reflected in appearance and internal aspect.From the view of self-development of figurative sculpture,the change of mode of transmission,the use of new technology and the vicarious function of image are the main reasons for visualization.Visualization is mainly embodied in the figurative sculpture through image and picture.The plane modeling chased by visualization weakens the Ontology language of figurative sculpture,and the overdependence on image also restricts the diversification of molding style of figurative sculpture to a great extent.Image becomes a new sculptural language and visualization becomes a new way of creation for figurative sculpture,which brings in new blood for the development of figurative sculpture and results in the loss of Ontology language of figurative sculpture and a weakened visual expression.When the relationship between the figurative sculpture and visualization is fully understood,it would provide more possibility for the creation of figurative sculpture.
