With the increasing social influence of cooperation, social psychologists and experimental economists gradually attach importance to study the mechanism in which how various factors affecting the cooperative behavior in the game. This study was designed to investigate the effect and mechanism of interpersonal trust and social value orientation on cooperative behavior by game experiments.This research was organized in the form of small batch to recruit a total of 276 subjects, after using social value orientation questionnaire,232 subjects were left. The study uses experimental method, supplemented by interview method. Subjects were taken "social value orientation test (Triple symmetric matrix)" and "interpersonal trust test (ITS)", and then carried out game of profit distribution through revised ultimatum game questionnaire, the average amount between subjects themselves and each other can reflect the degree of cooperation of subjects, and finally examine the expectation of cooperation level toward other participants.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:a) The level of interpersonal trust will influence individuals' game behavior. High trusters are more likely to cooperate; low trusters are more likely to make self-interested choices.b) Social value orientation and interpersonal trust reciprocally affect the game cooperative behavior. Compared with pro-social who has medium trust and high trust, people with low trust level has significantly lower levels of cooperation, and pro-social in different level of cooperation, their cooperation level is generally low, and the difference is not significant.c) Interpersonal trust is associated with positive cooperative expectations toward others.
