We know life road to have no plain sailing, not everyone can proceeds smoothly through this life. Caring relationships are equal, carers give full of care and love, because they hear the needs of others and to extend hand, and the others after receiving care, they should be affirmed and appreciation to those who care to satisfy the needs of carers. We can see that both sides in this caring relationship are both carers and who are caring, they are completely equal. And the rights and dignity of the disabled lies precisely in equality and respect. Therefore, this article on the rights and dignity of people with disabilities for analysis, clearly their equal rights on which has been lacking, a clear reason for the rights and dignity of persons with disabilities where lack of equality, targeted to solve these problems. The rights and dignity of persons with disabilities is the human rights and dignity, mutilated body should not make them inferior in terms of personality. Each person is unique individual, so that each person's human dignity is inviolable, rights should be equal. However, having said easy to say but difficult to do.Awareness of the old concept of the disabled lead to the rights and dignity of persons with disabilities is still not given due respect and equality. Therefore, care ethics as a theoretical basis for the transition form the old concept of the disabled to the new concept of the disabled, and attention to the rights and dignity of persons with disabilities to solve the problem is the goal of this research. After in-depth analysis of Noddings care ethics and the realistic rights and dignity of the disabled, this paper will combine theory and reality, think the rights and dignity of the disabled issues form the perspective of care ethics, discuss basic concepts and basic care ethics advocate on this issue, trying to find a way out to solve the problem and summarize the advantages and value of care ethics in research on the issue.Expressly real needed and seeking of persons with disabilities, not only given economic bailout to people with disabilities in the traditional, but the use of new "care"concept in Noddings ethics of care.Uphold the equal, respected and justice attitude, full of love and care for the rights and dignity of the disabled, concern the vital interests of people with disabilities. With the growing number of the disabled, society of their rights and dignity issues more attention. In this paper, we make the real problem as a starting point, breakthrough a single research of Nel Noddings Thought "Education of care", combined care ethics and the rights and dignity of people with disabilities innovative, from the perspective of care ethics and moral, find a new way for the problem.
