It is based on the tribal war among clans, the main content is about the story of heroic leader:Jangar, who built and protected their living homeland. From the content, we will be affected by the vitality language and abundant culture. At the same time, it reflects the history of Mongolian from formed, rise, develop and decline, which successfully shaped the personage images of female. The females play an important role in the development of their living homeland and the success of heroes. They are mother, wife, assistant, or even a strategist, a prophet, or hinder, opponents. The females have beautiful face, intelligent mind, fortitude character and loyal quality. They constitute the prairie culture characteristic and representative characters. On the other aspect, we can feel the heroism sprit from the prairie women.The epic tale <Jangar> is mainly about men, we can see the Mongolian's patriotic spirit and national quality through it. They respect heroes and eager to get freedom, so later scholars have provided many perspectives for study. However, those papers did not pay much attention to female characters study, and they were ignored by scholars. A rich variety of images of female groups in <Jangar> epic has always been an important territory of research but witnessing inadequacy of comprehensive studies to date. This dissertation is based on a large number of text materials, adopted a synthesis of perspectives from motif theory, and folklore sociology. We treat the female images as a breakthrough point, carding and analysis some typical female characters. Then summarized the type of female images in the epic, the reason for it, Only in this way, can we reveal the <Jangar> epic of the Mongolian women image and unique aesthetic characteristics.The thesis consists of introduction, text, and conclusion, which is divided into four chapters.The first chapter:introduction. The introduction mainly summarizes topic, the research methods and reasons for select the information of this field. We try to using a new and valuable way to analyzing the thesis and draw the conclusion.The second chapter summarizes the types of female images in <Jangar> epic. According to the differences in the female identity, we use motif theory and female identity method to classify the major women types and divide them into three parts: mother role, wife role and the other aspects. On the basis of this framework, women with wisdom mind, brave, beauty and kindness. We describe the characteristics of female in a comprehensive perspective and then lay a foundation for the third chapter.The third chapter analyses the characteristics of female images in<Jangar> epic. Firstly, we discuss the characteristic of epic Mongolian women in two aspects:external appearance and inner essence. Then from two points:types and individuation, to analyze the convergence of the female images. We can find that the Mongolian women are loyal to their homeland and the meaning of individual life. As time goes by, we will be attracted by the beauty of Mongolian female images and the aesthetic characteristics.The fourth chapter analyses the cause of female images feature in<Jangar> epic. The reason for female images feature due to three parts:social groups, grassland ethics and the grassland culture. Meticulous divided into some aspects, such as the heritage of matriarchal society, grassland production mode, hero worship society, the prairie ethics and dynamic consciousness, ecological consciousness in prairie culture. By the influence of grasslands civilization, formed the unique female images.Conclusion. The types of female images in<Jangar> epic are divided into mother role, wife role, help or hinder.
