The Study Of The Semantic Cognitive Structure Of The MeCTO Concept

Human's ?ognition is a persistent topic for discussion.There are many ways in which human beings perceive the world: touch,smell,hearing,vision,taste,and a man-made tool-language.The result of ?ognition is stored in human's mind,and through analysis of thinking the perceived things gradually form a stable thinking unit-concept.The concept will be given names-language units.In this way,by studying the concept of language,we can analyze the human's ?ognition and explain the mystery of human cognition.In the russian cognitive linguistics conceptual analysis has developed into important part,and it is an important method to study cognition by using language.Space cognition is one of human's basic cognitions of the world,and the study of spatial concepts can better show the national consciousness.As a part of the space,place is the object of this paper.Based on the theories of conceptual analysis of Z.D.Popova and I.A.Sternin,this paper explains the semantic cognition of the concept of "MeCTO" and uses the cognitive model theory to explain the semantic relations within the concept,and finally analyzes the macro-cognitive structure of concept "MeCTO",tries to reveal the the characteristics of concept "MeCTO" in Russian national consciousness,deepens the understanding of the concept of Russian national space.This paper consists of introduction,subject part and conclusion.The introduction mainly introduces the background,the purpose,the significance,methods and the innovations of the research.The main part consists of five chapters:The first chapter introduces the research status of conceptual analysis theory and cognitive model theory both at home and abroad.The second chapter elaborates the theoretical basis of this thesis: cognitive model theory,Z.D.Popova and I.A.Sternin's theories of concept analysis.In the third chapter analyze the semantic field of concept "MeCTO",and the cognitive semantic field of concept "MeCTO" is constructed by the dictionary interpretation and the association experiment of the word "MeCTO" : the core,the near near periphery,the far periphery and the extreme periphery.In the forth chapter explore the metaphorical cognitive model and the transfer cognitive model of concept "MeCTO".In the fifth chapter study the macroscopic cognitive structure of concept "MeCTO",simulate the image content,information content and interpretation content of concept "MeCTO" in Russian national language consciousness.At last,it is the conclusion that summs up the full thesis.
