Since the reform and opening-up policy,China has experienced more than 30 years of rapid growth,the living standards of people has improved very much,the comprehensive national strength enhanced markedly,but at the same time,the comparatively extensive economic growth mode in China,in the process of economic growth is too large,the price of imbalance of economic development uncoordinated and unsustainable problem increasingly apparent.Therefore,the party central committee put forward to speed up the transformation of the pattern of economic development and promote upgrading of the industrial structure,and regard it as the relationship between global urgent and significant strategic task of national economy.In this situation,as a resource saving and environmentally friendly new industry,culture industry in China to make great progress in the past ten years,and as an important part of cultural industry and the vanguard of the film industry is the high speed development,in 2015,for example,the total annual sales of 44.069 billion yuan,up 48.7% from 2014,after the world's second largest film growth in North America market,and is expected to become the world's largest movie market in 2017.With the rapid development of the film industry,domestic and foreign scholars on the film industry related theoretical research is gradually deepening and perfect.Among them,the film industry's industrial structure,industrial value chain and other related theoretical research has been relatively sound,empirical aspects of capital concentration,scale effect,external correlation and other aspects of the literature is also rich,and on the film industry input-output efficiency The study of this topic is based on the formation of this situation,and look forward to through the construction of three-stage DEA model of China's film industry development of a more objective understanding and understanding.In the process of concrete empirical analysis,this paper chooses the sample area of the model research from 2006 to 2015,taking into account the development characteristics of the film industry and the availability of the relevant data,using the total income of the box office in 31 provinces and cities in China.The number of cinemas for the national or local cinema cinema,the number of the screen screen for the input variables,per capita GDP,urban households per capita cultural and educational consumption expenditure,cultural and sports and media financial expenditure,the tertiary industry as an environmental variable,And finally put forward the input and output of China's film industry's comprehensive technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency,scale efficiency and other indicators of data and accordingly put forward a number of opinions and suggestions.
