On The Importance Of "Vipassana" In The Traditional Korean Dance Performances

To explore the "aesthetic cognition insight" in Korean traditional dance performances,is based on the study of Korean traditional dance in the process,to imitate the limb to awaken the heart throb.The inner feeling and consciousness and focus on the subject in the show,with gas driven by shape performance,has reached the use of "insight" in Korean traditional dance.A method to "insight" in the teaching process as strengthening dancers and acting in a self cognition and understanding,aesthetic pursuit and in this way to guide the dancers in the dance of unity.
