Research On The Creation Of "Dance Theater" Of Korean Traditional Danc

In the context of contemporary art,traditional art,which has been surviving and developing for a long time,is also undergoing attempts to develop based on its own adaptive characteristics.The traditional dance of the Chinese Korean ethnic group has entered the stage space from its original form of performance venues such as squares,educational workshops,and palaces,constantly constructing itself in contemporary art forms and adapting to it.The "dance theater" nurtured by postmodernism has diversified the dance of body art,and the "all inclusive" style has enriched the language and aesthetics of dance.This article explores the possibility of transitioning from traditional Korean dance to the form of "dance theater" performance,focusing on the creative process of the personal dance theater work "Si Shi(Stylish)".The author constructs the traditional dance of the Korean ethnic group in the form of a "dance theater",with the dance attributes of the Korean ethnic group as the starting point for creation.Through the collision between traditional Eastern aesthetic concepts and contemporary Western aesthetic concepts and ideographic methods,the author explores the integration and mutual adaptation of the two.Based on their traditional dance,the author attempts to find diverse Eastern aesthetic expressions.
