Humanistic Care In Public Art

Before and after the 21st century,public art more emphasizes on art and urban space,its performance conversion and human care.It is no longer the form of artistic expression in the public space as we understand;instead,it bears the historical function that pays attention to human nature and solves social problems.The humanistic care of public art has become the new direction of public art development.Combining the field spirit,the local characteristic culture and the historical problems it faces are a new design guide.The paper takes the public art program of Haidian Disabled Persons' Rehabilitation Center as an example and discusses the design of public art program of Rehabilitation Center by comparing domestic and foreign cases.In terms of design itself and special users,it describes the importance of humanistic care for the social vulnerable groups.According to practical experience,it represents the role of humanistic care of public art in the disabled children;in the meantime,it develops a series of art programs.Finally,combined with the graduation design,it tells a moving story so as to let the art programs carry on.The study of the design method shows its design concept;it affects the public concerns of vulnerable group from the public art's popularity,humanistic care,interaction and the nature of education.
