| Although there have been only a few years since the development of new characteristic small towns,their influence on promoting economic and cultural development is obvious.The operation of Yingang Art and Creation Characteristic Small Town project changes the town.The town's economy used in a loose status but now it has changed into a highly intensified status by focusing on the development of cultural and creative industries.The town integrated traditional industries and formed a unique industry of a characteristic small town.The closely integrating relation between the characteristics of cultural and creative industry and the characteristics of characteristic small towns are gradually found during the operation.The cultural and creative industry and the characteristic small towns promote mutual development of each other,and their integration has a high theoretical significance to transformation and upgrading of the industry and building a new town which are good for living and work.Studying on the relationship between the characteristics of cultural and creative industry and the characteristics of a characteristic small town,meets the era background and is a means of exploring new ways for the characteristic new towns' development and innovation.This paper combines the learnt cultural and creative theories with the art management theories,and applies them into the management work of the Yingang Art and Creative Characteristic Small Towns project,finding that there are still a lot of problems waiting to be solved in the characteristic small town development.Luckily,some clues are found and some achievements are made.The study of this thesis tries to explore the ways of integrating cultural and creative industry with the industry characteristics of characteristic small towns,so as to solve the innovative problems existing in the operation of Yingang Art and Creation Characteristic Small Town and improve the author's cultural and creative industry theory level. |
