Li Bai's Poetry And Ludi Culture Study

Li Bai is the great poet of Glorious age of Tang Dynasty.He wrote large numbers of all-embracing poets from which he expressed his complex feelings.Most of the time during his lifetime,he traveled around China.Being influenced by cultures of different regions,his poems also reflected different regional culture characteristics.In this thesis,the author tries to sort out Li Bai’s poems related to Lu Region,and study the relationship between Li Bai,his poets and culture of Lu Region with the help of Li Bai’s tracks in Lu Region,his friends as well as culture characteristics of Lu Region.By researching this relationship,we could find out influence and functions of Li Bai’s poems on contemporary culture development of Lu Region.This thesis mainly covers four parts:The first part is introduction.This part mainly introduces research status of Li Bai and regional culture as well as research value and idea of this thesis.The second part mainly discusses the origin between Li Bai and Lu Region from three aspects: his tracks in Lu Region,friends as well as his “hometown complex” for Lu Region.Li Bai’s site of activity was primarily in Lu Region of which the territorial scope kept changing in history.In Lu Region,Li Bai had his wife and children,relatives,friends,and homestead.These factors of “home” were reflected in his poems which made his works full of “hometown complex”.Li Bai made friends with hermits,officers and scribes of Lu Region,and forged a deep friendship with them.Among them,his friendship with Du Fu in Lu Region and Culai Mountain has a great influence on history of literature.The third part mainly discusses influence from culture of Lu Region on poems of Li Bai.First,the thesis defines “culture of Lu Region”,namely ideology and culture,folk habits and customs as well as physical geography,etc culture types of Lu Region.And then,the thesis analyzes respectively the influence from historical culture,folk sights and natural landscape on Li Bai’s poems based on culture factors of Lu Region reflected from Li Bai’s poems.And the analysis mainly covers acceptance of historical characters,absorption of folk customs and presence of geographical landscape of Lu Region in Li Bai’s poems.In addition,Confucianism originated from Lu Region had great influence on Li Bai and his poems.The fourth part mainly discusses reversed influence from Li Bai on culture of Lu Region.Poems of Li Bai is the origin of “Li Bai culture phenomenon”.The influence is mainly reflected from cultural aspect.The influence mainly covers influence on academic research,folk customs and geographical landscape,for example,study of Li Bai and his poems,publicizing about specialty of Lu Region by Li Bai’s poems as well as geographical landscape influenced by LiBai’s poems.Combining with first two parts of the thesis,this part discusses main problems of Li Bai culture during development of Lu Region,like academic not being profound,each expert and scholar making a new clique by their own style as well as the government not paying enough attention to local Li Bai culture,etc.The thesis discusses about some realistic problems and provides practical suggestions.
