Henan Province Language Service Research

Language service has been rapidly developed with the deepening of China internationalization.The proposal of "the Internet Plus" and "the Belt and Road" not only makes it possible for the economy in China to continue sustainable development,but makes a claim to Chinese all trades.In order to meet the needs of two strategies to language service in Henan Province and be able to spur the development with Henan Province to be swift and healthy,this article has a profound analysis on the situation of the language service in Henan Province,describes the current problems and puts forward solutions.Introduction part is mainly about the background,the significance and the aim of the research,the content and methods applied in the article.The first chapter clarifies the studies of language service.The second chapter involves in the description of the status of teaching Chinese as a foreign language and foreign language education service.It introduces the developing situation,types and principal activity of translation service companies.It also describes the distribution of foreign students in Henan Province,basic quality of TCSL teachers and the situation of TCSL Specialty.At last,it sketches the foreign languages set up in the universities in Henan Province,basic quality of teachers and curriculum of foreign languages.The third chapter illustrates the problems in Henan Province translation services,TCSL and foreign language education service.We believe that the existence of translation service problems in small and medium-sized companies,too many types of business,the company innovation ability is insufficient;in lack of translation talents and high-quality management personnel;lack of unified enterprise evaluation standard,market competition mechanism to be improved.Problems of teaching Chinese as a foreign language is that the number of students is small but the distribution is too concentrated;in lack of high degree of professional foreign language teachers;unknown position of international education as a discipline of Chinese management.The problems in foreign language education are that there are too few foreign languages,English is too popular,the curriculum is unreasonable,the ability of teachers is worse,and the lack of double qualified teachers.The forth chapter focuses on translation service,TCSL,and the problems of foreign language education service and puts forward the solutions.From the aspect of translation service,it is essential to spur innovation of translation companies and be keen on promoting the achievement of innovation.To foster diversify translation talents and improve the translators’ status.To improve the management in translation companies and elevate the consciousness of service;to establish the assessment standard of unified enterprises and strength market supervision.From the aspect of TCSL,universities and government need to build flats and attracts to countries from"the Belt and Road" and foreign students.To strength the contribution of TCSL teachers,appeals to TCSL teachers work in Henan provinces.To scientific locate the major of TCSL and meet the demands of talents to markets.From the aspect of foreign language education,it is necessary to optimize types of language in universities.To improve the curriculum and train compound talents.To promote the quality of teachers and introduces the teachers specialize in both theory and practice.The last part summarizes the paper and brings out the innovation and shortcomings.
