Beijing Fangshan Dialect Speech Survey Research

On the basis of the field investigation,this paper studies the phonetics of dialect of Fangshan District in Beijing,and describes the phonetic from the aspects of initials,vowels and tone.lt compared the Fangshan dialect with Putonghua and "Guangyun" phonetic system,and reveals the phonetic characteristics of Fangshan dialect and the internal differences of the six survey sites which had been selected.Furthermore,it explores some of the phonetic phenomena.The first chapter introduces the geography,township division,population and the history of Fangshan District.Meanwhile,it summarizes the research circumstances of Fangshan dialect at present.Then,it illustrates the purpose,significance and method of this paper and the information of investigation sites and pronunciation partners.The second chapter researches the initials of Fangshan dialect.First of all,it describes the initials system of Fangshan dialect and the situation of each investigation sites.Secondly,it compares the initials of Fangshan dialect with Putonghua and summarizes their differences.Finally,it compares the initials of Fangshan dialect with the "Guangyun" phonetic system and summarizes the evolution rule of Fangshan dialect initials.The third chapter discusses the finals of Fangshan dialect.Firstly,it describes the finals system of the Fangshan dialect and the situation of each investigation sites.Besides,it introduces the situation of retroflex final of Fangshan dialect.Secondly,it compares the finals of Fangshan dialect with Putonghua and concludes the differences.Finally,it compares finals of Fangshan dialect with"Guangyun" phonetic system,and it sums up the evolution of the ancient finals in Fangshan dialect from the perspective of the difference between Putonghua.The fourth chapter researches the tone of Fangshan dialect.Firstly,the tone system of Fangshan dialect is described,and the tone pattern curves of each investigation sites in Fangshan District are obtained by means of speech experiment.Meanwhile,it describes the literary and colloquial readings in the field of tone of Fangshan dialect,and then summarizes the tone characteristics of Fangshan dialect.Secondly,it compares the literary and colloquial readings tone of Fangshan dialect with Putonghua,and sums up the rules.Thirdly,the Fangshan dialect tone and "Guangyun" tone were compared,and it sums up the law of evolution of ancient Fangshan dialect.In the end,it discusses tone sandhi of Fangshan dialect.It mainly describes the rules of tonal modification of some sites which have different rules from Putonghua,including the phenomenon of two-character group tone sandhi in Shijiaying Town?Shidu Town and Zhangfang Town.The fifth chapter summarizes the phonetic laws of Fangshan dialect.Firstly,it summarizes the phonetic characteristics of Fangshan dialect from the aspects of the initials,finals and tone.Secondly,it analyzes the internal differences of Fangshan dialect speech.Finally,it considers some phonetic phenomena in Fangshan dialect.
