Research On The Characteristics And Performance Of The Works Of Jennifer Flute Fantasia "La Traviata"

‘The Camellia Fantasy' was an instrumental music piece composed on the basis of a literary work and revised by the opera with the same name.Paul Agricole Cenin,the composer,being an outstanding flute performer at the same time,kept and promoted the moving melody of ‘La Dame aux camelias'.What's more,he combined the unique characteristics of structure and tone of the flute,which enabled the music piece more adaptive to the instrument.Up to now,this music piece still enjoyed great popularity and appreciation from flute specialists,even becoming contesting songs for candidates or performers.By analysing the composing background,unique features and performance techniques of the piece,the author could have a thorough understanding of the music,knowing that the music works should be better presented by merging personal emotions with performance techniques.
