The development and progress of human society is based on interpersonal communication, interpersonal communication ability is an important content of socialist moral quality and civilized behavior habits, and it is one of the necessary skills for modem citizens. Only a person with strong interpersonal skills, in order to better adapt to the needs of modern social life , in order to learn to regulate interpersonal relationships, promote moral self-perfection and the healthy development of personality, etc. The high school students, is the beginning of individual youth, they get rid of the junior high school students' naive,mature, is at the crossroads of life, interpersonal concepts and their interpersonal relationships from naive to mature complex. Have a good interpersonal relationship to society is crucial for students, and even affect the student's life. However, today's high school students, families, schools and society, because of their own reasons in many aspects, there are a series of problems will not hesitate to contact in contacts and exchanges, the future into the community for their lives and now academic, is unfavorable.This paper attempts to introduce the psychological drama used in interpersonal barriers of high school students in the intervention group counseling, the students play the parties or by the parties of the acts out of creative mental health activities,with the help of the stage show their psychological problems, psychological teachers and all the participating actors and audience's help, learn to respond to and deal with psychological problems. The ideas and methods by using psychological drama, the implementation of research on interpersonal disorder counseling of high school students, the use of psychodrama of high school in Nanjing area of 20 existing interpersonal barriers of senior high school students psychological drama intervention experiment for ten times. The experiment was divided into control group and experimental group, experimental group intervention, control group control,through the collection of records related questionnaire before and after the intervention and checklist and intervention after the case interviews, to explore and study the effect of improving.The experimental results of the research assessment, obtained some research results : group counseling has been counseling effect, help students improve interpersonal barriers, promote the development of their psychological health; the experimental results show that the psychological drama can effectively alleviate the problem of high school students interpersonal barriers of communication fear ,inferiority, jealousy, self-center the bad emotion which helps to cultivate emotion in communication skills of high school students, correctly handle the relationships.
