Music education major in universities mainly shoulders the responsibility of culturing excellently professional and high-quality talents for society and school.Currently,music education has attracted increasing attention in Tibet.Thus it is vital to set up an integrated curriculum system for universities' music education major.Arts College in Tibet University,as the only cradle in Tibet Autonomous Region developing junior and senior music teachers for high schools,is incumbent for the construction of basic schooling.However,how can the meaning of current course organization be displayed? How to develop eligible junior and senior music teachers? How to build scientific,reasonable and practicable curriculum? These questions play a major role in Tibet's music and aesthetic education.Through analysis on the developing plan of the four versions from 2002 to 2004 of music education major in Arts College in Tibet University,writer found that current course organization basically tends to rationalization and features distinctive scientific nature,but there some course need to be improved.Writer divided this thesis into four parts.The first part was introduction,mainly elaborating the basis of this thesis' s title,research meaning,research ideas and ways.Furthermore,this part also stated the developing history of music education in ancient China,in western countries and in Tibet.Besides,this part also had knowledge on the basic situation of music education major development through interviewing Professor Champa Choegya and Professor Gendum Pegye and other teachers.The second part mainly made a brief introduction on Arts College in Tibet University and made initial arrangement on the application of this major's teaching materials.Besides,this part also made a conclusion on changes in names,class hours and credits of developing goals,developing requirements and developing plans of the four versions course organization,and also introduced and analyzed every course of specialized courses through detailed forms.Furthermore,this part also concluded and compared the differences between specialized courses and public courses in class hours,credits and proportion.The third part mainly stated the protective measures for course organization implemented by China,Tibet Autonomous Region,TibetUniversity and Arts College in Tibet University.The rational application of local resources also provided the most direct teaching resources for current talents developing in music education major.At the same time,this part analyzed the teaching resource structure of this major,and made a brief introduction from perspectives of teachers' education attainment,title structure,age and number.The fourth part mainly concluded the problems and proposed the version for reform.This thesis systematically analyzed the developing plans of the four versions from 2002 to 2014,and analyzed the specific changes in class hours and credits of every course of the four versions in all aspects.The main problem lies in irrational proportion of course organization,irrational class hours of some courses,similar or repeated courses,low-practicability of some courses,overabundance of specialized courses,scarcity of teaching resources and low-quality of students.From 2015 to 2016,I attended two national-level training plans,and served as supervisor of this national-level training class in 2016.Through talks with some training teachers during the training and graduation summary,I had knowledge on the requirements for specialized talents needed by current basic education,or the required ability and other related situations.Through my undergraduate learning experience of music education major in Arts College in Tibet University,questionnaire investigation on students and nation-developed teachers,interview on some old teachers,social investigation and research and analysis on developing plans,I gained related conclusion and proposed related suggestions on problems,which played practical role for the next revision of developing plan.
