As a green industry with high added value,the cultural industry has become an important component of a country's national economy under the general trend of economic globalization.The Communist Party of China and the government attach great importance to the development of cultural industry.The development of cultural industry is very helpful to adjusting the industrial structure,enhancing the cultural supply ability,stimulating the potential of cultural consumption and servicing into the overall economy and social development in the process of advancing the structural reform of supply-side.In recent years,under the guidance of the deepening of the cultural system reform and the revitalization of the cultural industry,the cultural industry in the western region has enjoyed a good momentum of development,the scale of industry has been expanding,and the economic contribution has risen significantly.However,in the process of development,it is often plagued by financing difficulties.Although the government has given great support to the cultural industry such as the establishment of special funds and financing platforms,it is an utterly inadequate measure for many cultural enterprises.Their development is always inseparable from the financing of banks,capital markets and private capital.However,the backwardness of the government management notions,the imperfect laws and regulations,the imperfect capital market system and the inherent format characteristics of the cultural industry determine the difficulty of the financing of the cultural industry.2017 is a crucial year for the full implementation of the "13th Five-Year" plan.If the cultural industry wants to improve quality and effectiveness,it is necessary to solve the financing problems of cultural enterprises.And cross-border integration is the key to solve the problem,especially the effective docking between the cultural industry and the financial capital,which is the only way to realize the great cultural development and prosperity.The focus of cultural industries and financing circles is the integration of financial and cultural industries.The innovation of financing path and perfection of system guarantee are the inevitable choice of realizing the rapid development of cultural industries and financial padded short board.How to solve some deep-seated problems in the development of cultural industries and establish a financing path for the cultural industry to adapt to the actual situation in the western region,is a valuable research topic.In this paper,the author starts from the actual development of cultural industries in the western region according to the theoretical and empirical research,and systematically reviews the research status of cultural industry financing at home and abroad,and thoroughly analyses present situation,problems and causes.On this basis,summarizes the successful experience of financing for the development of cultural industry at home and abroad,and explores new ways to solve the financing difficulties of cultural enterprises in the western region,hoping to provide the reference value for the development of cultural industry.
