Huang Qi's Research On Aesthetics

Huang Wan's philosophy had gone through two turns——from Cheng Zhu“Neo-Confucianism” to Yang Ming's Philosophical System;on the basis of criticism and correction of the heterodoxy of heart-mind theory,from the “Yang Ming's philosophical system of conscience” through the “Self-realized” to the “Heart body of Gen Zhi”.And he took the “heart body of Gen Zhi” as the basis of his philosophical argument.His experience and realization of the aesthetic conceptions were mainly reflected in: the process which translate into the spiritual realm from the ontology through the effort.He started from the “heart body of Gen Zhi”,through the Kung fu practice and individual cultivation of “Cautiousness” and “Investigation of things”,finally reveals the Confucian orthodoxy of the “Gen Zhi and hold the mean”.In this process,it contains the integrated beauty of personality which includes beauty appreciation feeling;the though of practical aesthetics which includes the rich aesthetic experience;the big beauty of harmony which fuses the moral good and the feelings of life and finally reaches the harmonious development of man and man?man and nature.The “Gen Zhi” though of Huang Wan is based on the heart ontology,however,his attention to the factually effort cultivation,his pursuit to the art of living and the study of practical,making his ideas were given the color of “Practical science”.Therefore,the beauty of personality?the though of practical aesthetics and the big harmony beauty,that were showed on the aesthetic realm,reflected the affirmation for aesthetics of practical science that fused emotion and reason? melted the contradiction between subject and object,making the harmony of ethics and emotion and coming true the feelings of pleasure.In the meantime,they also embodied the diversion of practical aesthetic though which was reflected in the art of living?the study of practical and the true emotion.
