In recent years,with the national reform of art education in primary and secondary schools,many of Xinjiang's fine arts colleges have made a useful attempt on the reform of art education,to strengthen the Xinjiang colleges art education speciality of normal students' teaching skills as the focus of reform,and efforts to improve Xinjiang Normal University Students majoring in art education teaching skills.Microteaching to cultivate art teaching practice ability and improve the ability of scientific research for the purpose of art education of Normal University students.However,due to Xinjiang's political andeconomic reasons,micro teaching there are many problems in the implementation of the Xinjiang fine arts college in.Therefore,in this paper the author to investigate the Microteaching implementation situation in Xinjiang fine arts college as the starting point,multiperspective to explore the existing problem and reason analysis of Microteaching practice in Xinjiang fine arts college,trying to change the theoretical teaching idea of traditional education,proposed improvement strategies to improve the quality of teaching in Xinjiang division of professional art education.This thesis is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is introduction.This chapter will introduce the source of the topic,the research ideas,the significance and value of the research,the content and method of the research.The relevant research literature authoritative journals and related works in the collation,this micro teaching research situation at home and abroad and the trend of reform and development.The second chapter is the importance and urgency of the implementation of Microteaching in Xinjiang art education in normal universities in the professional.This chapter from the Xinjiang fine arts education in rural primary and secondary schools,Xinjiang fine arts college,ethnic art student teachers teaching skills and teaching ability in Chinese,detailing the importance and urgency of the implementation of micro teaching in the art education of normal colleges in Xinjiang.The third chapter is the investigation and analysis of current situation of Microteaching in Xinjiang art education in normal universities in the professional.To explore the status of implementation of Microteaching in Xinjiang fine arts college,set up links each perspective of Microteaching of art teachers education in normal colleges and universities in Xinjiang,analysis of Microteaching in training.students' teaching skills and practice of art achievements and problemsIn the fourth chapter,the third chapter of the research results on the basis of the analysis,some suggestions are put forward and implement reasonable to promote the further development of the art education in normal colleges and universities in Xinjiang teaching strategies.The fifth chapter is the summary of the results.According to the survey,the author will be designed to facilitate the effective implementation of the Xinjiang fine arts education professional microteaching teaching cases and artcourseware etc..The sixth chapter is the summary and outlook.I will make up for the research strategy,and reasonable outlook on the development of art education in normal colleges and universities in Xinjiang micro teaching in the future.
