Located on the inland of Europe and Asia, joined by common mountains and rivers, Xinjiang keeps close relation with the Middle-Asia erea since ancient times. On account of geographical advantages,commerce contacts, nationalities, histories as well as culture exchange, Xinjiang,especially Urumqi, has become one of the chief choices of overseas—students from the Middle Asia who come to China for Chinese learning.According to the national strategy about actively carrying out teaching Chinese as a foreign language, universities in Xinjiang signed agreements with some universities in the Middle-Asia, and the education purport is to foster undergratuates.Since 2008,several universities have began academic education.And it is initial period and exists explotory stages,no matter in teaching system or teaching quality.Based on provious research findings, the object in the paper focuses on overseas undergratuate students from the Middle-Asia who come to Xinjiang for Chinese learning. The paper investigates the current situations of Chinese undergratuate students from the Middle-Adia in Grade 08and Grade 09 of Xinjiang University and Xinjiang Normal University through questionnaries and interview methods.The paper summrizes the current situations and existed problems of Chinese undergratuate students from the Middle-Asia and puts forward related proposes.For the investigation on the current situations and existed problems of Chinese undergratuate students from the Middle-Asia,it is found that a certain proportion of teachers and students think the present subject arrangements are rather humdrum when come to subject arrangements;although there is a tendency towards rejuvenation and high education in teaching staff, there are also problems,such as the homoplasy of speciality structure and the imbanlance of sex ratios in teaching staff when come to teaching staff;the textbooks used by Chinese undergratuate students from the Middle-Asia are short of pertinency and regionalization, not suitable to overseas-students from the Middle Asia when come to teaching materials;at the same time,there exist related problems in language testing and teaching facilities.For the investigation discovery above,the paper comes up with a series of proposes,including founding reasonable subjects system,improving the quality of teaching staff,enhancing regional structure of teaching Chinese as a foreign language,establishing effectively scientific testing systems.
