This paper firstly reviews the relationship between advertisement media and public service of Art Museum,and then argues that Art Museum how to take advantage of We Media to change the link between man and art.In other word,the We media of Art Museum could contribute to the contribution of the arts' democracy,embodied in the Democratization of Information Production: vocal diversity,the Democratization of Information Dissemination: the reconstruction of discourse structure,the Democratization of Art Appreciation: diversified evaluation standards and the Democracy of the Reaction among audiences:the sense of Presence of indiscrimination.Secondly,it discusses problems,especially the impartiality and independence of the platform,and how to make it become an independent art media.Finally,it argues the significance of Art Museum from the media building,it helps to drive the Smart Museum of art,to establish the relationship between art and human,to fuzzy the boundary of Art Museum's information production,evaluation and consumption,and to perfect its multivariate communication structure.
